Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. including removing cable protection covers/ bricks complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and brick protection. (ii) The excavation work may be carried out in short lengths for locating fault in under ground cables at different locations

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment)

M&L for Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm as proteciton to under ground cable laid dry flat adjoining each other complete all as specified and directed

Fixing / laying only Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover of any description as obtained from dismantling of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable GI pipe and Supplying, laying & jointing GI water tubing, 80 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / pole post etc, cutting and making necessaries arangement by means of wedling and jointing suitable for post of larntent/ street light fitting including PCC work complete all as specified and directed . Make of pipe TATA / Jindal / Swastik / Prakash / BST or any other ISI marked make approved by GE. (Note : PCC work shall be measured and paid seperatly under Sch "A' relevent item)

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable GI pipe and Supplying, laying & jointing GI water tubing, 50 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / pole post etc, cutting and making necessaries arangement by means of wedling and jointing suitable for post of larntent/ street light fitting including PCC work complete all as specified and directed . Make of pipe TATA / Jindal / Swastik / Prakash / BST or any other ISI marked make approved by GE. (Note : PCC work shall be measured and paid seperatly under Sch "A' relevent item)

Supply, transporting, erecting and fixing in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31, 9M long complete with cast iron base plate 6mm thick pole cap including preparation of new steel surfaces of pole and applying with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including marking of Pole No with black paint and taking down and dismantling old unserviceable steel tubular pole 9M long complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Excavation & PCC work shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

M&L in replacement of UNSV stay assembly 300x300x3mm complete with accessories such as GI stay bow 20mm dia 400mm long, GI stay plate 300x300x3mm stay road 16mm dia 1800 mm long GI nuts, bolts loop insulator MS clamps,galvanized iron stranded stay wire of size 7/3.15 mm dia including necessary excavation PCC work ( PCC work MS clamp to pole excavation and earth work will be measured & paid separately) as shown in electrical plate No 1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:-for item No. 30 (i) The contractor shall submit proposed drawing of the panel interlia mentioning make of switchgears to be incorporated alongwith name of panel manufactrer for approval of GE before manufacturing. (ii) The quoted rate is inclusive of the cost of danger notice plate ofsuitable size and marking of letters with PVC sheet/ Stickers such as incoming and outgoing and capacity of breakers etc. (iii) The cost of fixing of the panel on suitable PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/basalt/granite stone aggregates) foundation as directed by Engineer-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the Contractor for the above item. Dismantling, taking down and removing the old existing un serviceable non-functional / broken hinges of any description and in any position of existing feeder pillar boxes/panel boards/feeder pillar boxes etc and supplying and fixing new cold rolled 50 mm long medium weight mild steel butt hinges in position with necessary spot welding etc including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed (Note :- Each hinge point shall be measured as one unit. )

Material, labour, testing and commissioning in replacement of UNSV indication lamp (LED type) with showing red, yellow and green in colour of 22.5 mm dia monitor on LT panel board suitable for 240 V AC supply all as specified and directed. Make : L&T /Binay.or equivalent approved.

Material, labour, testing and commissioning in replacement of UNSV of digital electronic volt meter 0-500 V range suitable for LT 415 Volts panel flush pattern square type 96mmX96mm with adopter complete with button all as specified and directed.
