Supply, Fabrication, Welding and Erection of Chilled water pipe lines for UOF

Supply of factory fabricated pre-insulated MS carrier pipe of size 150 NB, consisting of PUF insulation and aluminum outer jacket as per specification. The carrier MS pipe shall be of Jindal / Tata/ Sail/ MSW make, carbon steel, ERW conforming to IS-1239 Heavy grade “C” class supplied in 6 Mtr ± 100 mm standard length only. All pipes shall be brand new, flawless and free from any rust, corrosion and deterioration. The insulation shall be applied by injecting the polyurethane foam into the annulus between carrier pipe and pre-extruded aluminum outer jacket pipe in accordance to ASTM C 591 (or) by spraying the foam directly onto the pipe and extruding the jacket directly on top of the foam in accordance to ASTM C 1029 type III. The insulation shall have minimum core density of 42 kg/m3, 90% minimum closed cell content, minimum compressive strength of 310 kPa and maximum thermal conductivity of 0.03 W/mK at 24°C. The outer jacket shall be formed from 24 G aluminum sheet conforming to IS:277. The pre-insulated pipes shall be supported on 75 mm thick PUF saddles and clamped firmly with GI U clamps on MS supports.

All pipes shall be brand new, flawless and free from any rust, corrosion and deterioration. The outer jacket shall be formed from 24 G aluminum sheet conforming to IS:277. The pre-insulated pipes shall be supported on 75 mm thick PUF saddles and clamped firmly with GI U clamps on MS supports.

Edge preparation, Butt/Nozzle/Mitre welding of CS pipes used by GTAW / SMAW process, LP Examination of Root and final joint including supply of DPT material as per technical specification.

Preparation of drawing, Fabrication and Erection of pipes. (Cost including fixing of Clamp, supply, erection of fasteners, hydro-testing and Commissioning of pipe lines)

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system of (cup lock type) on the exterior side up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S tubes, M.S tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (Item will be operated for height more than 3 Mtr)

Field insulation: In-situ PUF insulation which includes supply of Polyol & Isocynate chemicals and 24 G Aluminum sheet of required quantity for field PUF insulation of joints and valves. It includes aluminum sheet fabrication, making mould over part to be insulated, mixing & pouring of chemicals into the aluminum mould. Along with Supply, fabrication and erection of 24 G Aluminium sheet, Supply and pouring of chemical to make in-situ PUF insulation as given in technical specification.

Supply of CS pipe as per ASTM A106- Grade B, Sch-40 of make Jindal / MSW, Seamless, length of 6 Mtr and Size 25 NB as per technical specification.

Supply of CS pipe as per ASTM A106- Grade B, Sch-40 of make Jindal / MSW, Seamless, length of 6 Mtr and Size 40 NB as per technical specification.

Supply of CS pipe as per ASTM A106- Grade B, Sch-40 of make Jindal / MSW, Seamless, length of 6 Mtr and Size 50 NB as per technical specification.
