Fabrication, Supply, Installation & Testing of the entire SS-304L glovebox setup, including both the connected gloveboxes, internal piping, internal components like HEPA cases, gaskets & O-rings etc, and the glovebox stand (Excluding HEPA Filters, Flow Meter and Compound Pressure Gauges) as per the attached specifications sheet.

Annual Maintenance of Quality Assessment Laboratory in BARC main campus, Atchutapuram near Visakhapatnam
Carrying out civil construction material laboratory works like supervising of 1) sample collection 2) Testing of various construction materials in Laboratory, preparation of results, Graphs, report etc. for each conducted test overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1) Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Degree holder in Civil Engineering from University / Autonomous Govt. with 2 (Two) years relevant experience in testing (civil construction material) laboratory or Diploma holder in Civil Engineering from Board of Technical Educations / Govt. recognized Polytechnic with 5 (five) years relevant experience in testing (civil construction material) laboratory . (2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one person for each job for minimum 26 working days per month for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintenance work, where samples need to drawn, the person will have to stay longer time occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work : The contractor shall carry out number of one(1) / two(2) jobs per month as per requirement at QA Laboratory and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one person exclusively for the particular job. (5) Person should be engaged after scrutiny of Engineer -in-charge of BARC(V) and approved by Competent authority.The deployed person will report to Engineer -in-charge of BARC(V). (6) The minimum notice period before change of Person is 30 days, failing which a compensation of Rs.3,000/- per day of shortfall in serving the notice period will be levied on the contractor.

SECTION - A : Piling Works Forming vertical piles by boring through fill and all kinds of soils including hard murrum with gravel and chiselling through occassional boulders and soft / weathered / hard rock by continuous mud circulation technique using bentonite slurry and/or bailer boring / Rotary Drilling method as specified, including conducting Standard Penetration test all as instructed by Engineer In Charge, carting away the bored excavated soil upto a lead of 600 M, fixing reinforcement as per drawing, casting the piles with Specified grade concrete by tremie only, using graded stone aggregates of maximum size 20 mm, ordinary portland cement or portland pozzolona cement (as approved) with minimum cement content as per the latest revision of relevant IS codes and with water cement ratio including the water contained in the aggregates not exceeding 0.40 etc. all as specified. The Rate includes concreting a minimum of 600 mm above specified cut-off levels (actual cutoff may vary depending upon site condition), cutting/breaking of piles (using mechanical means preferably hydraulic Pile chipping machine) from concrete top upto cut-off level specified including cost of all materials, admixtures, (Naphthalene/Melamine based or approved super plasticisers), if used with the prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. Including transporting, mobilisation, erection, commissioning all necessary plant equipment and removal of same after completion as required & directed by Engineer-in-Charge, excavation, dewatering by pumps or well points and also for cut-off chipping, forming/ finishing pile top at cut - off level all as required etc. excluding cost of Steel Reinforcement but including cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing for approprite length for setting out and removal of same complete. The boring shall be done by Hydraulic Rotary Pilling Rigs only. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation & erection of all type of plants, & tools, labour etc. along with RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) brought from inside/outside BARC Trombay premises complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 1) The contractor shall carry out SPT in 1st pile cast in each group/ pile cap in order to establish change of strata (COS) for measurement and record purpose. 2) The rate shall be inclusive of cost of bentonite slurry for pile bore stabilization. 3) The height of concrete above pile-cut off level shall be minimum 600 mm. Any shortfall, after pile breaking, shall have to be built up by the contractor at their own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account.. ( Approximate depth of Pile is 12-15 metres)
