Improvement of power factor with allied works in APFC Panel of 37MGD STP Okhla by carrying out following works including all the required works, materials, arrangements tools & tackles workmanship, safety arrangements & equipments as per NHRC guidelines etc. and as per site requirement, remodelling all the damages upto standard if occurred any complete in all respect satisfactorily.-- Dismantling/ checking of all damaged switchgears, capacitors, measurement instrument, indicating lights, relay and removing of complete wiring and mechanical connection at site and cleaning of A.P.F.C. panel by CRC
Supply of MCCB 415V TP 175Amp. (50Ka) with spreader. Make: L&T /Siemens/C&S/any other DJB approved make.
Supply of MCCB 415V TP 63Amp. with spreader. Make: L&T /Siemens/C&S/any other DJB approved make.
Supply of MCCB 415V TP 32Amp. with spreader. Make: L&T /Siemens/C&S/any other DJB approved make.
Supply of Automatic power factor correction relay 415V digital type with display of power factor. Make: Neptune/C&S/ L&T/ EPCOS/any DJB approved make.
Power contactor 415V AC 70Amp. Make: L&T /Siemens/C&S/any other DJB approved make.
Power contactor 415V AC 140Amp.-160Amp Make: L&T /Siemens/C&S/any other DJB approved make.
On/Off Indicating Lights for capacitor banks. Make: L&T /Siemens/C&S/any other DJB approved make.
Start / Stop Push Buttons for capacitor banks. Make: L&T /Siemens/C&S/any other DJB approved make.
Sensing current Transformer. Make: L&T/Siemens/any DJB approved
PVC insulated copper flexible wire 10sq mm Make: Grandlay/Universal/Gloster
Changing of the above components in existing panel by removing of old damaged components, changing of power & control wiring, ferrule, thimble etc.
Providing/Fixing of exhaust fan in the panel controlled thru’ Thermostat, control MCB, wiring etc. (Size as per site condition).
Providing/Fixing of danger signs and instructions on the panel as per instructions of engineer-in-charge.
Servicing /overhauling of incomer ACB (800A) cleaning of complete ACB, parts by chemical spray, greasing, oiling of mechanical parts, and re-fitting the same in panel. The work also include the replacement of damaged parts of the ACB.
Replacement of weak /damage capacitor in existing panel with new MPP Heavy Duty Capacitors of respective banks
Testing & commissioning of the APFC panel with relevant IS as follow:- Check equipments specification Continuity and ear thing -MCCB mechanism and alignment - Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. - All functional tests -Checking for all tightness of nuts and bolts -Setting of APFC relay parameters to achieve target PF- 0.98-0.99. Alignments of doors etc. - interlocking tests
