Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. As per dsr 2.6.1

Providing & Laying cement concreet in 1:5:10 40mm gauge stone ballast etc. As per DSR 4.1.10

Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement & coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. DSR-6.1.2

Ist class brick work in 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cementmortar1:4(1cement:4coarsesand) AS Per DSR 6.4.1

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).As per DSR 5.3

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202

Finishing wall with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied a 1.43 ltri 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied a 2.20 10 sqm) DSR 13.47.1

Steel work welded in built upsections/ Framed work, including cutting, hoisting,Fxing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc.as Ingratings,frames,guard bar, ladder,railings,brackets,gates and similar work required.As per DSR 10.25.2

Painting two coat synthetic enamel paint over and including priming coat on new steel or other metal/ wooden surface as per DSR 13.62.1
