All wall panelling & cupboard work (including removing & refixing of AC units, Server boxes, Switch boards/ TV Units etc. and cutouts wherver necessary) should be in Plywood confirming to IS: 710-2010, BWP MARINE GRADE, Premium quality from LIST OF MAKES FOR GUIDANCE TO BIDDERS for plywood/WPC/Laminates/1st Class TW Veneer: Greenply, Century, Kitply, Austin plywood, Everest ply, Indian Plywood Mfg. Ltd. (Anchor) or equivalent. All hardware items like drawer channels, handles, SS hinges, SS Beading etc shall be from LIST OF MAKES FOR GUIDANCE TO BIDDERS like Godrej, Olive, Hitachi, Kich, Hilti or as Approved by EIC. Drawer locks shall be from LIST OF MAKES FOR GUIDANCE TO BIDDERS like Godrej, Dorset, Hilti, Hardwyn. SS Handles, SS Legs shall be from LIST OF MAKES FOR GUIDANCE TO BIDDERS of Annexure B of Section-VII. Adhesive shall be from LIST OF MAKES FOR GUIDANCE TO BIDDERS like Fevicol, Jivanjor, Vamicol, Dunlop, Araldite of marine quality. Appropriate other adhesives for WPC & Ply bonding, TW beading with ply wood shall be adopted. All work to complete as per instructions by Engineer-In Charge. All visible surfaces shall be finished with 1.0 mm thick laminates or 4 mm thick TW Veneers wherever specified as per the item description/approved drawings and inside surfaces shall be using 1.0 mm or 0.80 mm thick (wherever specified) laminates of approved texture, shade & finish. MTC shall be submitted for all materials like plywood, veneer, aluminium, laminates & WPC sheets etc. All items including hardware items shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer-in-charge before purchasing and using the same. Furniture/ wall and column panelling/ all items Drawings shall be prepred by contractor and submit to BARC for approval before making the furniture/ wall panelling .
Contractor shall submit relevant product catalogues and data sheets for BARC prior approval. Final colour scheme will be approved by BARC at the time of procurement. Contractor to furnish various colour schemes available with them. The laminates / veneers having single piece areas larger than 8 S.ft shall preferably be machine pressed
PANELLING:
Teakwood mould beading at top of the wall as per approved drawing
Window inside finish with 0.5" thick teakwood plank in melamine polish
Supply, Fabrication and fixing of cupboards made out of 18mm thick WPC boards finished in 1mm thick laminate on the surfaces and match PVC edge bending from bottom step (10"). Cup boards shall have 2 shelves and 3 partitions (or) as directed by Engineer-In charge (EIC). Cup boards doors shall be either sliding/ openable as required (or) as directed by Engineer-In charge (EIC)

Note: For all above electrical work the following points should be noted. a) Work inclusive of all types drilling, chipping, hole cutting and plastering whatever required during the execution of work as per directed by EIC. b) Contractor shall take approval of each and every materials from EIC before procurement.
Providing and Supplying of ergonomically designed leatherette upholstered high back revolving chair of 'Type: CL-O'. The Seat and Back Cushion of the chairs should be pressed on 12 mm hot press moulded ply. The seat cushion of the chair should be made up of 50 mm thick High Density of 45±2 Kg/m3 polyurethane mould and back cushion should be made up of 38 mm thick High Density 33±2 Kg/m3. The polyurethane foam shall be as per manufacturer’s specification. The hardness of foam shall be 20 kg on hampden machine and 25% compression and it should be covered with leatherette as per manufacturer’s shade card. The Gas lift mechanism should be tested as per BIFMA X 05.01.2002 Standards. The tilting mechanism should be synchro-tilt mechanism as per international ergonomics standards for any position locking. The pedestal should be five legged injection moulded in black 30% glass –filled nylon and fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castors. Overall Height of chair should be minimum 1090 mm ( Inclusive of maximum adjustment of gas lift mechanism ) All material should be used of relevant ISI specification. Points to note: i. Dual tone handles with wood and aluminium for elegant look (preferably). ii. The pedestal should be five legged injection moulded in black 30% glass –filled nylon. iii. Polyurethane foam to prevent straining of back and shoulder to provide comfortable seating. iv. Anti shock mechanism to be provided for safety of back when lock is released. v. Dimensions (MM) :HB -615 W X 695 D X 1090 H
