Taking down existing unserviceable submain wiring of any description and S&F new Submain wiring, concealed with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded, copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm LT, 1100V grade, drawn through and including PVC non metallic conduit of 20 mm / suitable dia with all accessories and fittings and one run of 4.0 Sqmm single core FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor including cutting chases and making good in cement mortar (1:3) to match the existing surfaces including necessary surface finishes such as white washing or distempering of any type to match the existing finishes complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic conduit shall be measured as one run length. (ii) Cable required for connection to DBs shall be deemed to be included and shall not be measured separately.

Taking down existing unserviceable submain wiring of any description and S&F new Submain wiring, concealed, 3 Phase with four runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded, copper conductor cable of size 6.0 Sqmm LT, 1100V grade, drawn through and including PVC non metallic conduit of 25 mm dia/ suitable dia with all accessories and fittings and two runs of 6.0 Sqmm single core FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, including cutting chases and making good in cement mortar (1:3) to match the existing surfaces including necessary surface finishes such as white washing or distempering of any type to match the existing finishes complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Four runs of cable, two runs of earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic conduit shall be measured as one run length. (ii) Cable required for connection to DBs shall be deemed to be included and shall not be measured separately.

Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable of any description and laid/fixed in any position and S&F new 10 Sqmm 2 core LT UG cable XLPE insulated, armoured strip, aluminium conductor, multi-stranded heavy duty electric cable 1100 Volts grade, fixed on wall/ ceiling with the help of saddles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking down existing unserviceable single phase KWH meter and S&F new single phase KWH meter with LCD display, 5-30 Amps, Class I, base mounting AC 240 Volt, 50 Hz including mounting on wooden board of suitable size and making connection complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking down existing earthing of any description and M&L for new earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to GI earthing wire 4mm dia size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earthing wire protected by GI pipe 20 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in chamber of size not less than 300x300x300mm (internal diamentions), RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover with angle iron 40X40X5mm frame etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The unit rate includes earthing wire and protection pipe upto maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate, earth point / test point.

Taking down old unserviceable flexible copper wire of any description and fixed in any position and S&F new copper twisted twin core 0.50 Sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated & PVC sheathed, round flexible wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable weather proof cable of any description and fixed in any position and S&F new weather proof flat twin core cable aluminium conductor of size 4.00 Sqmm suitable for house service connection complete all as specified and directed.
