Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches wall, footing and column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling the quantity as necessary…………as specified. (A) Up to a depth of 2.00m G.L. (a) In ordinary soil.

Providing brick soling in foundation and under floor with stone/best quality picked jhama brick sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparation the sub graded as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering complete. (a) Brick flat soling.

Plain cement concrete work with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified………complete. (b) In prop. 1:3:6.

Providing form of work 12m thick plywood Board so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in situ reinforce concrete and plain concrete work in. (3.2.1.1) Column, pillar post.............face.

Providing and laying plain/reinforcement cement concrete works cement with coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone agg. Including dewatering if necessary and curing complete but excluding cost of form work sad reinforcement for reinforce cement concrete work. (i) Using mixture machine. (A) In sub-structure up to plinth level. Foundation, footing................., (I) M-15 or in prop. 1:2:4

Providing fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlins, bottom runners of ractangular hollow section (RHS)/ square hollow section (SHS) conforming to relevant I.S. 1661 and providing M.S. cleat, M.S. angle base………specification.

Providing 0.63mm thick (24 gauge) galvd plain sheet in valley, flashing eye. And fitted with gavd. Iron J or L hook bolts and nuts, G.I limpet and bitumen washed complete, bent to shape and fixed in a positions as directed.

Supplying fitting and fixing M.S angle, M.S flat, M.S. bolts and nuts including painting with red lead paint one coat complete as directed. (a) M.S angle…………

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and othe metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dert, dust and other foreign matter. (i) Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. (ii) High gloss (Asian paint/berger paint/ICI paint/J & N paint/Nerolac). (i) Surfaces over 100mm............girth. (ii) High gloss Asian paint.

Supplying fitting and fixing glow sign board (Back let Flex 360 GSM) and fitting fixing and eracting 4.25m let on iron from etc completed as directed by the Deptt.
