Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc.

Demolition cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided cement concrete complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors , gates but excluding framed truss etc.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutter of any description exc. 1 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
