Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of OEM manufactured static silent(sound proof acoustic enclosure) Diesel engine driving generator set capable of delivering 100 KW(125KVA) DG set shall be water cooled engine @ 1500 RPM coupled with 3 phase, 415 Volts 4 wire system of supply 50HZ at PF 0.8 alternator. mounted on a common base frame along with Fuel Tank, Battery with leads, first fill of lubricating Oil, Engine Safeties & Protections, Anti Vibration Mounting Pads, Standard Control Panel, anti vibration pads, exhaust pipe compete suitable for conditions prevalent to Jodhpur (where work is to be executed) and Acoustic Enclosure as per the CPCB Norms. (75dBA at 1 me er in free field conditions) Note:- 1. Capacity of engine, alternator shall be worked out considering all factors. 2. Supply, Erection, testing and commissioning of AMF Panel suitable for DG set of capacity 125KVA made of CRCA sheet and powder coated for weather-proof and long lasting finish complete all as specified and directed.. M&L for GI strip of size 32x6 mm as earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqm 3.5 Core laid in trenches or laid in walls or through pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.50M wide and not exceeding 1.50M depth for foundation etc. or laying pipes/electric cables etc., or for shafts, wells less pits, manhole not exceeding 10 Sqm on plain and not exceeding 1.50M in depth and getting out in Hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm with any soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F on load changeover switch 4 Pole, 400 Amps with Stainless steel enclosure suitable to be mounted on panel or wall as per requirement and all as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250x150x40mm and all as per direction of engineer-in charge

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable and punning of cushioning of cable 8 cm below cable and 15 cm above cable all as specified & directed by engineer-in-charge
