M&L for cleaning the under ground sump of capacity 2,00,000 Gallon by de-canning of water retained in the sump with the help of suitable pump set and removing the silt/ sludge deposited at bottom, cleaning the internal walls of the sump using high pressure vacuum water jet and cleaning followed by anti bacterial (non toxic) spray with UV radation for killing suspended bacteria, white washing the internal wall/ floor surfaces including prepration and painting all the MS & Steel items/structures inside tank with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide primer and closing all the air vents with wire mesh to avoid mosquito breeding if any, writing the cleaning date and due date of cleaning with white letters over a coat of black paint back ground complete at domestic area all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 herein before but under ground sump of capacity 40,000 Gallons

M&L for cleaning the Overhead reservior of capacity 2,50,000 Litre at 18m height staging by de-canning of water retained in the sump with the help of suitable pump set and removing the silt/ sludge deposited at bottom, cleaning the internal walls of the sump using high pressure vacuum water jet and cleaning followed by anti bacterial (non toxic) spray with UV radation for killing suspended bacteria, white washing the internal wall/ floor surfaces including prepration and painting all the MS & Steel items/structures inside tank with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide primer and closing all the air vents with wire mesh to avoid mosquito breeding if any, writing the cleaning date and due date of cleaning with white letters over a coat of black paint back ground complete at domestic area all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the static water tank of capacity 40,000 Litre to 100000 Litre by de-canning of water retained in the sump with the help of suitable pump set and removing the silt/ sludge deposited at bottom, cleaning the internal walls of the sump using high pressure vacuum water jet and cleaning followed by anti bacterial (non toxic) spray with UV radation for killing suspended bacteria, white washing the internal wall/ floor surfaces including prepration and painting all the MS & Steel items/structures inside tank with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide primer and closing all the air vents with wire mesh to avoid mosquito breeding if any, writing the cleaning date and due date of cleaning with white letters over a coat of black paint back ground complete at domestic and technical area all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnecting of electric connections from LT control panel and starter of submersible pump set, removing the pipe line connection from discharge side, lifting submersible pump motor set alongwith column pipe from bore well (depth approx 75 RM) with the help of chain pulley block including transporting to workshop for repair (including minor Repair) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Lowering of submersible pump set including column pipe after repair and reconnecting with existing pipe line and making electric connection with the panel board including replacement of rusted nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets and clamps including transporting from workshop after repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rewinding of submersible motor with copper wire of suitable gauge with insulation after removing the old unservicable winding wire and insulated material, cleaning of stator slots and making good for winding all insulating material for submersible motor of capacity 7.5 HP to 10 HP.

S&F GI tubing medium grade 80mm dia bore with all fittings such as bends, sockets, elbows, tees, reducers, unions, sockets complete laid in trenches/floors or fixed to walls complete all as specified. Make: Jindal/Prakash/Tata/Zenith

All as per item No 8 herein before but for 50mm bore dia pipe

M&L for chemical and Bacteriological and platelets testing to ascertaion the portability of water samples from recognized laboratory duly approved by centre/State Government and submit the test results duly signed by Lab authorities.Note:- 1. All the materials required for collection of samples duly sterilized to be provided by the contractor. 2. All Expenditure and transportation charges deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate.

M&L for carring out repairs to existing sluice valve chamber of inner size up to and including 0.9m x 0.9m but not exc 1.2 x 1.2m complete by removing small plants, bushes from inside/out side the valve chamber, cleaning internal/external wall surfaces, refixing loose value chamber cover frame by grouting, plastering internal/external walls with cement mortar 1:3 including filling up damaged portion with precast cement concrete solid block masonry 1:3:6 type C1 in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed.

All as per item No 13.00 herein before but of inner size exc. 1.2m x 1.2m but n.exc 2m x 2m

M&L for complete painting of the installation consisting of connected valves(Sluice valve - 03 and NRV-03) and pipe lines (Pump to UG sump)operated with 3 x 50 HP centrifugel pump/motor sets and control LT panel of the existing colour with one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of valve chamber covers/ covers of UG sump/ overhead Tank etc. and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rusted/ old unserviceable steel tubing of any size and taking into schedule of credit.

Supply and fix in replacement of sluice valve, Cast Iron double flanged of 80 mm dia as per IS, with gasket washers, nuts, bolts etc including taking down old UNSV and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Kirloskar/ Leader/ Advance

Supply and fix in replacement of Non returning valve, Cast Iron double flanged of 150 mm dia PN 1.6 as per IS, with gasket washers, nuts, bolts etc including taking down old UNSV and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Kirloskar/ Leader/ Advance

M&L for repair of sluice valve 150 mm dia as removing of spindle, Gate, gland packings and nut bolts etc. and change the damaged part of valve with new one including new gland packings and nuts and bolts all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge

All as per item No 20 herein before but for 200mm dia sluice valve

M&L for cutting or uprooting grass on old mud phuska including the bushes, plants/trees (less than 5 inch gridth) situated surroundings of water sumps/ OH tanks and removing rubbish offthe premises cleaning surface and preparing to receive new mud plaster complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of submersible motor starter cap-7.5 to 10 HP, 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: L&T/Havells

Taking up of unservicable gun metal valves of dia 50mm size, S&F new gun metal gate valve of 50mm dia bore(class-I, 1.5 Mpa) with ISI mark and iron wheel head, screwed both ends to GI pipes. Make: Leader/Zoloto/Mittal/Neta

Taking up of unservicable gun metal valves of dia 25mm, S&F new gun metal gate valve of 25mm dia bore(class-I, 1.5 Mpa) with ISI mark and iron wheel head, screwed both ends to GI pipes. (Make: Leader/Zoloto/Mittal/Neta)

M&L for Development of Tube well (Flushing) with compressed air at 25% extra capacity of pump duly flushing out muddy water complete including necessery T&P all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Disconnecting/ dismantling (electrically & mechanically) 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 cycle electrical motor from the mono-block pump set of 10 HP capacity and shifting to work shop, opening the motor end cover, taking out rotor, taking out burnt stator winding, cleaning the stator and rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge, weight and turns of super enameled copper wire using proper insulating material, varnishing with Class-I varnish, heating/ baking, reassembling the motor completely and brought back to site, fixing back duly coupled with the pump in proper alignment, connecting and testing complete all as specified. Note :- Insulation of winding shall be Class 'B' up to 7.5 HP and Class 'F' for 10 HP and above.

Supply only flat 3 core 10 sqmm cable coper armourd cable 1100 V grade complete all as specified and directed make :- Havells or any approved make.

M&L for taking up old CI pipe 80 to 150mm from the trenches, cleaning and removing all the accumulated sediments from the pipe,relaying and jointing the pipe and testing complete including lead joints all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole or cable trenches etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
