Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5approved sand:3approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation and plinth including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness) attached pillasters,buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top to foundation level upto floor two level and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.including entire carriage ofmaterial upto all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish. Including centring,shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surface such as wall of (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillaster buttresses plinth and string courses and like and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and placing in horizontal layer filtering media duly graded, screened, watched and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge including all leda and including all leads and lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Top Layer:- fine sand (Eff size of 0.20 mm to 0.40 and uniformily coefficient 2.00 to 3.00)

Second Layer :- Cource sand 3mm to 6mm

Third layer:- Bajri 20mm to 25mm

Forth Layer:- Bajri 20mm to 25 mm

Bottom layer Broken stone 50mm to 75mm

15 mm cemnt palaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering up to floor two level including arries internal rouded angles chamfers and rounded angles not exeeding 80 mm in grith and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Sand) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as disrected by the ENgineer-in-Charge.

6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement 3 3 sand) including all leads, lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge)

Cmement cocrete flloring 1:2:4 (1 Cement: sand 4 : graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement, 50mm thick including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying a priming code coat over new steel and steel based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing red lead, red oxide/ zinc oxide chrome including all leads lifts and carriage of material and as directed by the engineeer in charge.

Painting to coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and steel based surface with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even Shade including clearing of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand paper and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white, including all leads and lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the engineer in charge.

white washing with lime on undecorated wall surface to coat to give an even shade including throughly broomimg the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all leads lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Hiramachi colour wash on undecorated wall surface (two coates) to give an even shade including througly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation and trenches in all type of soil such as pickwork jumper work Kankar, moorum, shingles including decomposed soft and hard rock etcupto all heights stacking the excavated earth not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

providing and laying cement concrete plum concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement 5 sand 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ breast walls, the size of plum shall usaly be 150 mm to 300 mm as per HP PWD specification, including entire carriage of material up to all leads and lifts.

First class brick laid dry with in all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the engineer in charge 1st class bricks
