Taking out stone rubble masonry manually by including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Excavation work by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Ordinary rock.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Disposal of building rubbish /malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Random rubble/Slate Stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like Cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour togive an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Provision for Hiring Water tanker 5000 ltr at site for execution of work due to shortage of water

Wire 1.5 mm with ISI mark (R.R Cable/ Havells)
