Providing maintenance and operating the 200 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant daily on 24 x 7 basis continously. The rate is inclusive of maintaining necessary records like LOG book etc. monthly/daily, site documentation, reporting and ensuring quality and quantity , reporting to the higher official. The rate is also inclusive of Engineer/Chemist visit twice in a month. Comprehensive training to employees, Technical Support for STP to achieve desired quality , Analysis of Sewage & Treated Sewage once in a month. The rate does not include any replacement or repairs to Electro Mechanical equipments like motors, pumps etc.,

Environmental Monitoring for Ambient Air Quality and submission of reports by collecting Respirable Dust Samplers for monitoring Total Suspended Particulate Matter (TSPM), Respirable fraction (<10 microns) and gaseous pollutants like SO2 and NOx around the ELCOSEZ at 5 locations once in 3 Months to fulfill the conditions stipulated by Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board and as directed by the departmental officers. Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Parameters: PM2.5, PM10, SO2, NO2, CO,Pb,O3,As,Nickel(Ni),Amonia(NH3), Benzene(C6H6) and Benzopyrine(BaP)

Environmental Monitoring for Noise Level and submission of reports by measuring Sound Pressure Level (SPL), the Maximum Sound Pressure Level (max) and the equivalent continuous noise level (Leq) by switching on the corresponding function mode around the ELCOSEZ at 3 locations once in 3 months to fulfill the conditions stipulated by TN Pollution Control Board and as directed by the departmental officers. Environmental Monitoring for Ground Water Quality by collecting water Samples from significant pollution outfalls around the ELCOSEZ at 1 location once in 3 months to fulfill the conditions stipulated by TN Pollution Control Board and as directed by the departmental officers. The analysis results are compared with the standards for drinking water as per IS: 10500 – 2012 Specification for drinking Water etc. complete. Ground Water Analysis Parameters : Turbidity, Colour, Odor, pH (at 25°C), Electrical Conductivity, Colour, Turbidity, Total Dissolved Solids, Total Suspended Solids, Total Hardness as CaCO3, Calcium as Ca, Magnesium as Mg, Chloride as Cl, Sulphate as SO4, Total Alkalinity as CaCO3, Iron as Fe, Silica as SiO2, Fluoride as F, Nitrate as NO3, Sodium as Na, Potassium as K, Free Residual Chlorine, E.Coli/100ml and Total mColiform Bacteria/100ml.

STP Raw and Treated Water Sampling & Analysis – Sampling & Analysis of STP Raw and Treated Water once in every month as per prevailing CPCB standards for treated sewage and submission of reports – pH, BOD, COD, TSS, Ammonical Nitrogen, Total Nitrogen & Fecal Coliform

Environmental Monitoring for DG Stack Emission using stack kit for monitoring Particulate Matter (PM), and gaseous pollutants like SO2, NOx and CO from the DG stack at 2 locations in the ELCOSEZ Once in 3 months to fulfill the conditions stipulated by TN Pollution Control Board and as directed by the departmental officers. DG Stack Monitoring Parameters:Particulate Matter (PM), Sulphur Dioxide (as SO2), Oxides of Nitrogen, Carbon Monoxide (CO), Flow rate, Temperature and velocity.

Preparation of required documents and File Submission through online to TNPCB, District Office, Attending technical clarification at District Office, TNPCB, Submission of details towards the queries raised by the District Office, Forwarding file to Corporate Office, Attending technical clarification at Corporate office and obtaining renewal of Consent Order from TNPCB. The rate is excluding statutory fees for preliminary document.
