Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 406.
Granular Shoulders (Construction of granular shoulder as per clause 408 at top 150mm of earthen shoulder shall be well graded mix of at least 30% of granular sub-base material of grading-III as per clause 401 and moorum/gravel or soil and combination having soaked CBR value of not less than 30%. The granular layer shall be compacted to at least 98% of mix dry density of material as determined as per IS:2720 (Part-B))
Prime coat Providing and applying primer coat with Oil base bitumen emulsion (SS-1, grade confirming to IS:8887) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means as per clause 502. i) on WBM / WMM surface @0.85 kg/ Sqm.
Tack coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade confirming to IS:8887) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per clause 503. (ii) Granular surface treated with primes @ 0.30 kg/ Sqm
Dense Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH capacity Batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. A) With Sensor paver ii) for Grading II (26.5 mm nominal size aggregate, bitumen content 4.50%)
Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 TPH capacity Batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.0 to 6.0% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects) A) With Sensor paver iii) for Grading II (13.2 mm nominal size aggregate) with bitumen 6.0 %
Retro- reflectrorized Traffic signs as per Clause 801 Providing and fixing of retro- reflectrorized cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign digitally printed over reflectrorized sheeting of required grade confirming to ASTM D 4956 including covering with transparent sheeting (lamination sheeting) to protect from fading and damage due to wheather effect as perClause 6 of IRC:67-2022 made of retro-reflective type sheeting fixed over Aluminum/ Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) sheeting including application of fluorocarbon coating applied on exposed surface of aluminium to ensure corrosion resistance, supported on a mild steel back frame of ISA 40 x 40 x 5 mm and mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with Ml5 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45cm x 60cm, as per approved drawing and painting all exposed components of the signs and supports with primer and 2 coats of epoxy paints or powder coating and the part of post below ground shall be painted with 3 coats of redoxide paint as per clause 7.2 of IRC:67-2022. (Note: The details of manufacturer, type of sheeting, month and year of installation, project details and other details along with QR code as detailed in clause 13.2 and Annexure-VII of IRC:67-2022 shall be printed on back side of the sign board.) I) With Aluminium Sheeting A) Made of Class-C Micro Prismatic Grade Sheeting of Type XI confirming to Table 6.9 of IRC:67-2022 (for National Highways and State Highways) a) With Aluminium Sheeting of 2 mm thickness ii) 900 mm equilateral triangle
