Note:- All items in BOQ are for"Materials and labour (M&L) /Supply and fix (S&F)" and to be executed in "Repairs " unless otherwise specifically mentioned as "Supply only" or "fixing only" or "Supply and Laying only" in BOQ. Bidders are requested to quote their rates accordingly.

Demolition of existing water proofing Treatment including PCC padding etc and cleaning roof surface etc preparing the surface to receive plaster /PCC by brushing with wire brush and fanning the surface to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) over roof for making good depression/undulation to make the existing as filling in depression of roof slab for receiving treatment of roof, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for roof treatment in the following stages :- (a) first Course : M&L for 10 mm thick plaster with CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturee instructions (Note: - WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (b) Second Course : One coat of bitumen primer T-10/polymerised confirming to IS 3384 @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm (c) Third Course : One coat of Binding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS 702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (d) Fourth Course : A layer of APP membrane polymeric membrane centre core of 100 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron each, thickness 2 mm having weigh 3.00Kg/Sqm (e) Fifth Course : A coat of bonding materail using blown type bitumn conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (f) Sixth Course :40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 padding, well compacted using 20 mm graded aggreegatel with groovs shall not be exceeding 1.40 Sqm and grooves shall be filled with bitumen complete.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages:- (a) Brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and 15mm thick plaster in cement motor 1:4 with mixed water proofing compound complete. (b) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.3 ltrs/sqm and applying hot blown 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm and laying 3mm thick APP water proofing memberane modified felt with polyster membrane Reinforcement having weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm with overlap of 100 mm and end lap 150mm and finally applying bituminous aluminium based paint on top complete all as specified and as specified and directed. (Note: - WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs vertical side of wall in the following stages (a) 15mm thick plaster in cement motor 1:4 with water proofing compound complete. (b) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.3 ltrs/sqm and applying hot blown between85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm and laying 3mm thick APP water proofing memberane modified felt with polister membrane Reinforcement having weight not less than 3 kg/sqm with overlap of 100 mm and end lap 150mm and finally applying aluminium based paint on top complete all as specified and as specified and directed. (Note WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only Integral water proofing compund (ISI marked), complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as directed.

M&L for squarred rubble walling Jodhpur type regular coursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 10 above but except stone complate all as specified and directed.

Extra over squared rubble stone walling Jodhpur type regular course for hammer dressing to face of stone with max depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) , complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 (type D-2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring,path , foundation etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection or similar places, without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Factory made Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only fine sand for interlocking paver blocks, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made machine made precast cement concrete blocks (interlocking paves) of 60mm thick rubberised with 6mm top layers of ante abrasive material laid over 25mm thick sand cushion . The interlocking joints shall be filled with fine sand . The compressive strength of layer shall not be less than 350 Kg/Cm2, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc , complete all as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces on ceiling / facia /RCC Chhaja etc all as directed & finished even & smooth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing wire netting galvanised steel wire cloth 0.9 mm nominal dia and 12 mm mesh lathing and fixed to ceiling including all laps, cutting and waste fixed with nails on ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over stone masonary surfaces incl finishing the surface fair & rough to receive tiling etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without extra cement on stone wall surface , complete all as specified and as directed.

Racking out joints/pointing to square rubble masonry Jodhpur type regular coursed built in cement morta, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Keyed pointing to square rubble masonry Jodhpur type regular course in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L two coat of oil bound distemper incl one coat of primer after preparation of surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old plastered or un- plastered surfaces of wall by Brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down mass and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots, washing rubbing down and stopping surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint (snowcem) of approved quality & tint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L two coat of colour wash on newly plastered/ unplastered surfaces over one coat of white wash on wall & including preparation, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L one coats of white wash on old surface of wall incl preparation of surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L one coats of white wash on old serface of ceiling incl preparation of surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as directed.

M&L for 50 thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for water tank plinth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of old serviceable PVC tank (upto 500 Ltr cap) setting aside (or lowering if required) including repair cleaning etc and hoisted in same location including reconnection and refixing for proper functioning of over head tank, complete all as directed.

Disconnecting of old serviceable PVC tank (exceeding 500 ltr cap upto 1000 Ltrs cap) setting aside (or lowering if required) including repair cleaning etc and hoisted in same location including reconnection and refixing for proper functioning of over head tank, complete all as directed.

S & F in repair PVC water tank lid cover 500 ltrs/1000 ltrs fixed with screw ,G I wire with sutable arrangement as per direction of Engr in Charge .

S & F in repair 20mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down or up steel water tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as directed. (a) 25 mm dia

(b) All as per item No. 37 above but 20 mm dia

(c) All as per item No. 37 above but 15 mm dia

Fixing only GI of water tubing, medium grade, galvanized, with all fittings fixed to wall including cutting chases, pinning in & making good to disturbed portion to match the existing surface etc, complete all as specified and as directed. (a) 25 mm dia,

(b) All as per item No. 40 above but 20 mm dia

(c ) All as per item No. 40 above but 15 mm dia

S & F of water tubing, medium grade, galvanized, with all fittings fixed to wallincluding cutting chases, pinning in & making good to disturbed portion to match the existing surface etc, complete all as specified and as directed. (a) 25 mm dia,

(b) All as per item No. 43 above but 20 mm dia

(c ) All as per item No. 43 above but 15 mm dia

Note:- The contract amount shall be arrived at after duducting amount of Schedule of Credit from the Total quoted amount.
