SITC of LED illumination signs in trilingual (Telugu, Hindi, English) with AAI logo at City side and Air side with frame with MS square pipe structure 1"X1"X3MM thick and having illuminated LED Projection type sign letters and AAI logo inscription with back channel made of Aluminium of minimum thickness 1.5mm and background projection on box of thickness/depth not less than 70mm, covered with ACP sheet of thickness 3mm in all the sides (i.e. front, back, top, bottom and sides), with letter fixed on ACP background in sheet of 3mm thick of approved colour, with suitable illumination as per Technical specifications and for clear night visibility. All the letters shall be made in profile to achieve true right angle. All mounting would be done in true plumb and using templet, keeping the alignment of the letters in one level. The letters are to be polished after buffing and stroking. It should be of single directional polish. The Letter shall be white translucent 040. While 3D box is made of Aluminium, the face of the letter shall be minimum 5mm thick acrylic and the letter shall be of minimum 70mm deep, the characters are to be laser cut and polished edges. The letter/logo should be fixed by anchor fastener/other fixing means such that the load of the letter/logo will be transfer to the wall/structure instead of ACP. The dimension of all letter should have equal height of 900mm in trilingual Telugu, Hindi, English alongwith AAI logo as per drawing attached in tender documents and approved design submitted by successful bidder. The illumination source shall be LED modules and shall have a power not less than 1.5Watts per LED of Approved makesmentioned in the Technical specifications, including AC to DC power converter /driver with necessary connectors/cardunits, Wiring for connection to achive the required illumination level suitable for 240V,50HzAC supply which shall be IP68 protected with all internal wiring, Connectors and including transportation charges etc., Complete as required. (Measurement considered shall be the front ACP Sheet on which the letters projected)

Supply, fabrication and installation of the MS channel/ angle/ flat for LED facia sign board support including cutting, welding, drilling, fixing, grinding, painting etc., as required for composite M.S. works as & when required basis as per site requirement.

Supply of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part I) 1978 with upto date amendments etc as required for the following sizes.(Make : As per approved list.) a) 4C X 16 Sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. a)Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. (Upto 35 sq. mm)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable 1.1KV grade of following size on surface as required. (Up to 35 Sq.mm)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable 1.1KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. (Up to 35 Sq.mm)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required 4 X 16 Sq.mm

Supplying & erecting SMC wether proof junction box of size 250mm x 200mm x 100 mm, 2.7 mm thick with provision of hinges one side and lock on other side, with inbuilt TPN 63A connector complete on supporting channel/wall for making interconnections including supply & fixing of 6-32Amp(10kA) C curve MCB and surge protection device of voltage rating not less than 4kV etc., complete as required.
