Providing & laying cement concrete of specified gradeexcluding cost of centering & shuttering . All work upto plinth level (1: 4: 8) (1cement :4Coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregates 40mm nominial size crushed including cost and carriage of all materials involved complete incld.dewatering if any.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix1:6mix ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand )

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture one or more coats on new work

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2mm thick

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) overand including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade onNew work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Providing and fixing 30mm thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. K.D wood including glass pan 3.5mm thick
