Isolating the voltage stabilizer by way of disconnecting from the supply mains and discarding the internal connections and dragging the voltage stabilizer up to lead off and loading in a private load carrier and unloading at workshop the reloading and unloading and installing at site and testing on full load after carrying out necessary repairs and replacement.
Opening the lid of voltage stabilizer and draining of carbonized transformer oil and taking out the assembly out of the tank. The job includes dis mantling of core windings, voltage regulator, bush rods/cups, nuts and bolts.
Complete rewinding of 03 legs as per sample of copper wire of standard size and quality each coil weight 14 Kg.
Providing, fitting of insulation material like PVC cotton tape cork sheets latherirde nuts bolts for windings and core cell.
Providing and fitting of brass bush rods/cups along with insulator.
Providing filling of fresh transformer oil.
Deduct cost of old scrap as 80% of the weight of coils.
