Laying fabrication erection and painting work of compressed air pipeline inside new bays of DABG expansion plan phase 3.

Laying of MS pipelines of outer diameter of approximate 2 inch for compressed air. The work involves, Handling of pipes, Cleaning and making edges at both ends of the pipes, Joining the pipes through welding, Leakage testing of complete length of laid pipelines, Integration of laid pipelines with existing pipelines shop compressed air supply etc. along with other necessary works. M.S. Pipeline shall be supplied by BHEL free of cost. Other necessary materials (Like electrodes, flanges, bends etc.) tools & tackles to carry out the work shall be in the scope of Contractor.

Laying of M.S. Pipelines of nominal diameter 0.5 inch for compressed air. The work involves, Handling of pipes, Cleaning and making edges at both ends of the pipes, Joining the pipes through welding, Leakage testing of complete length of laid pipelines, Integration of laid pipelines with existing pipelines for shop compressed air supply etc. along with other necessary works. Only M.S. Pipeline shall be supplied by BHEL free of cost. Other necessary materials (Like electrodes, flanges, bends etc.) tools & tackles to carry out the work shall be in the scope of Contractor. It also includes fabrication and fixing of supports and blinds at each free end. All pipes are required to be cleaned properly.

Painting work of newly laid entire M.S. pipelines and structures of compressed air. The work includes Cleaning & smoothening of pipelines along with support structures. 01 coat of red-oxide primer and 01 coat of sky-blue enamel paint. (Required materials like red-oxide primer, Sky-blue paint, brushes, thinner etc. to carry out the work shall be in the scope of Contractor).
