Complete dismantling of single stage horizontal pump by way of disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, impeller, gland, fasteners, etc. 250 mm.
Complete assembling of single stage horizontal pump after cleaning of all parts throughly with petrol, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load.
Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pump using appropriate means of transport through a lead of approximately 25 kilometer.
Providing and fitting of ball bearing no. 6310 along with proper and adequate lubrication.
Manufacturing, providing and fitting of collar type SS sleeve as per sample approx. 1.3 kg
Rebuilding of pump shaft by way of welding works at excessively worn out places and rebuilding of bearing seats as per requirement and turning and finishing on lathe machine (04 spots) 50mm dia of shaft.
Providing and fitting TC-16 coupling set complete for pumping unit along with flexible rubber tyre. Taking dimensions of prime mover shaft and pump shaft at site and then boring the CI coupling halves as per site requirement on lathe machine at workshop. Complete linear and angular alignment of prime mover and pump shafts for smooth operation including providing and fitting of coupling bolts. Tested pumping unit on full load at site.
Modification/ strengthening to the base frame by way of Providing and fitting of MS channels approx. 06 feet having weight approx. 14 kg for perfect alignment of motor with pump using cutting tools and welding set. Strengthening/Fabrication of MS canopy by way of out of ISA of suitable size having weight of approx. 19.2 kg. Providing and fitting of 0.35mm thick 8 feet × 2.5 feet CGI sheet (04 no) for canopy using washers, iron nails. The job includes cost on account of DG set, Gas cutter, welding set. skilled labour, transportation etc.
