Supply and fix powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying 5.00 mm thick Nitoflor SL Conductive system, anti-static self-smoothening (ESD) flooring on concrete surface having moisture content less than 5%, Electrical resistance of floor surface to earth between 50 kilo ohms to 2 mega ohms measured with wet electrode. Surface preparation includes grinding of concrete surface, proper cleaning, removing of loose mortar, paint residuals, curing compound residues and existing joints shall be open & joint edges shall be repaired by epoxy putty followed by application of Nitoprime 25 - epoxy resin based primer for concrete surface using brush or roller, and allow curing for 8-10 hours (depending upon temperature). Mixing of base, hardener and filler components of Nitofloor EU5 - high strength self smoothening epoxy underlay using slow speed drill and poured on prepared surface at 1.5mm DFT all as specified over copper strip grid of 1mX1m work made out of using 20mmX0.2mm thick copper strips forming one square meter grid jointly of surface by pasting suitable adhesive and connect the same to the earthing point complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for cutting down vegetation growths like plants / trees of girth n exc 15cm from roof top / sides, external walls of bldgs, chajjas, wall juctions/ at junction of rain water / CI waste water pipe junctions including removal of roots and taking out carefully possible quality of concrete in roofs embedded in walls / slab surfaces making good affected locations and applying approved chemical (herbal medicine) to arrest further growth and making good the distrubed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 or CM (1:2) complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of scaffoloding / staging upto four storey bldgs.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment in any layers and disposal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (a) The rates are inclusive of removal for any type of old water proofing treatement over main RCC slab. (b) Bidders are advised to visit the site and esure about site condition before quoting their rates. (c) Demolition of PCC/ taking down plaster if any shall be measured and paid saparately under respective items.

(b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.50 kgs per sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt central core fabric (weight not less than 160 GSM) and coated on both side with and including layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with and including micro-prefabricated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces.
