Phase-I Provn of Shed individual task No.1 at group Testing Area (GTA) at 1AFSB Dehradun under GE (AF) SARSAWA(Contingency for design and preparation (Contingency for design and preparation for drawing) Designs and preparation of drawings (structural and architectural) of GTA Shed of size 42.00RM X 21.00RM C/C of following (a) footing PB<, LB, RB Columns size and reinforcement. (b) Spacing of footings (c) Designs of roof truss of span 21 M c/c (d) Design Mix shall be of M-30 (e) SBC of the soil shall be of 10t/sqm footing design purpose of 2.00 m depth(any variation inlesser side shall be redesignsed and the rate is inclusive (f) The Design shall be vetted by IIT

Phase-II Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc for for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, piers holes etc not exceedin 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'b' brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge

M&L CTD TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over including 10 mm, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete (fair finish) foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, similar work, vertical or to batter complate all as specified and directed

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels cantilevers, shelves including sup-ports, overhangs etc. Also splays between floors and beams etc (fair finish) complate all as specified and directed

M&L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions (fair finish) complate all as specified and directed

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete M-30 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations including rafts, column footings, plinth beams,basement slabs,under reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete M-30 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made, welded to F.I to maintain c/c distance of bolt for holding angle iron bracket), with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut but length of bolt 16 to 22 mm dia exc 22.5cm and n exc 30 cm long, to wall, all as specified and as directed

S&F rolled mild steel section ( Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250)) as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane ganteries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, gusset plat,and frame for valley gutters etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint to new steel surfaces with red oxied primer of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified. and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with soil , inlcuidng spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thicks complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exceeding 500. mtr and depositing where directed at a level nexc 1.50 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 0.80mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275.including make shape fixing for raiwater pipes etc complete.

S&F rainwater pipe 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including fixing arragements to valley gutters and stack clamp to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius or with access door complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth and fair on fair faces of brick walls or cocrete surface(without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 5mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth and fair on fair faces of cocrete surface(without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying tow coat of cement base paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

Surface Excavation n.exec 30cm deep and averaginng 15cm deep and getting out in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for hard core of gauge not exc 63 mm, deposited, spread, and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type B-1 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as flooring of etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75 mm thick M-25 nominal mix Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type, B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in copings including necessary fromwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed

Screed bed or bedding 20mm layer of mortar 15mm(1:4) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in flors complete all as specified and directed.
