Excavation in foundations,trenches etc.in earth work in all kind & upto all height stacking in excavate soil not more than 3mt clear from the edge of the excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers,when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(One cement :Six sand : Twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts.

Squarred rubble masonary coursed with hard stone of approved quiality in foundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement:two sand: four graded stone aggregate 12.50mm nominal size and curing complete within all leads and lifts.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 equivalent) using 1.70 Kg. per Sqm. on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly socked in kerosene oil within all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks (IInd class) in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) within all leads and lifts.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearstory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position in 2nd class deodar wood within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing glazed and panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows & clear story windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using glavanised MS wire gauge of IS gauge destination 85 G with wire of dia 0.56mm for doors, windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood (40mm thick) within all leads and lifts.
