Supply & installation of temperature controlled Bio-digesters (Mark-2) plants of
5000 litre each with outside FRP wall thickness of 7-10mm & inside FRP wall
thickness 4-6 mm and connections to the existing building as per the site
requirement. The tank is to be covered with 200mm thick PUF/thermocol
insulation on all the sides for sub zero degree temperature . The tanks to contain
MR-1 heating elements rested in SS jacket-160 with temperature controller & proper Each 5.00 934386.00 4671930.00
connection to the nearby electricity point . The tanks are to be supplied with
bacteria upto 30% of the tank capacity i.e, 1500 liters in returnable drums of 200
liters . The outlet of the bio digester tank is to be laid upto the nearby discharge
points. The tank is to be installed in a sump made of RCC/Concrete/ Brickwork
with the proper base stablization all complete ( as per the site requirement).
