S&F of non-woven geo-textile as per Table 700-5: Geo-textile requirements for separation (Sub grade Soaked CBR<3). Method of installation as per Clause 702.3.3 of MoRTH Specifications for Roads and Bridges, 5th revision to include supply and fixing of any accessories as specified by the manufacturer of non-woven geo-textiles. Geo-textile to be of Type 1 for harsh installation condition as per Table 700-1: Minimum Geo-textile Strength property requirement, Qty will include with overlap & installation complete all as specified and as directed Make:- Strata, Maccaferri, Birla cCorporation Ltd, suntech geo-textile or equivalent.

S&F and installation of Multi-axial Geo Grid after every 3 layers of reinforced soil or No of layer as speciied by designer. Manufactured through punch and stretch using Polypropylene (PP) having hexagonal structure with ribs oriented in 3 directions forming triangular shaped apertures capable of distributing loads equally in complete 360o. The item to include S&F of required straps and connectors to able to connect and provide reinforcement to the RE wall by connecting to the facial elements. The junction strength should be more than 90%, radial stiffness should be more than 350KN/m as per MORTH specification chapter 700 table 700-7. Item to include all tools and acessories for installation of geogrid as per manufacturer's recommendation complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and installation of geocells (including compaction of soil within the geocells) made from HDPE strips welded together into a 3-D cellular structure having a height in the range of 80-100mm filed with soil. The geocells should meet the BIS standards. The soil in the geocells to be vibrated using a plate compactor having a capacity of minimum 3-5 tones.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying and compacting 250mm thick compacted thickness Granular sub base(GSB) course grading as per Grade-V as specified Table 900-I of MoRTH specification for road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor grade of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibrator roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum dry density. Consolidating to required gradient and chamber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specification for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

M & L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam WMM laid in two layers of 75 mm each, grading as per Table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.
