DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concretebut excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of any thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces/ putty surfaces of walls incl complete removal of all existing surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper in any tint complete all as specified in SSR Part I and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
