Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying and compacting 75mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufacturered in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1of MaRTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer (VG-30 Grade) @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced WMM/ WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous VG-30 Grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50mm) to required gradient using paving bitumen any penetration of binder content of 4% (VG-30) by weight of total mix complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dust, dirt and applying one priming/ tack coat with paving bitumineous of VG-30 Grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour bituminous premix semi dense Asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% (bitumen VG-30) binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen laid with mechanical paver and any penetration rolled and consolidated to required camber and gredient complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye white/ yellow colour of ABS plastic metal with two Nos of red reflectors including fixing with approved adhesive/ fastener on road as in repairs including taking down of existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of Black bituminous road surfaces applying tharmoplastic road marking reflector special paint, minimum 2.5mm thick, with machine application and heat mixer, with stirring mechanism at temparature 160 degree Celsius laid uniformly with width as directed paint conforming to BS 3262 Part I & II of 1989 and 20% glass beads (intermixed) complete as per manufacturers instruction all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for moorum/ red bajri 100mm thick (spread thickness) as in road side shoulders, spread, rolled and compacted to using power road roller exceeding 8 tonne & not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Moorum shall be brought from out side MD land Royally if any shall be borne by the contractor. The rate includes for transportation of moorum irrespective of the distance involved.

Demoliton of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.
