Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description / type / size of light / fan /power /two way /bell etc on TW batten/ conduit including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden boards / switches / sockets / regulators/ light fittings etc and removal of unserviceable material out of site area and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards / outlet boxes, switches, bell push, socket outlets, fan regulators, buzzers, holder, modular cover plates, modular flush boxes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting and removing the MCBs, MCCBs, DBs, metal clad switch from any height, stripping out the fitting for examine replacement of unserviceable spare parts, reassembling, refixing in original position including minor repairs for the smooth functioning and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for attending, repair and rectification of any type of internal elect supply complaint viz light point/fan point/5/15 Amps switch socket/Submain wiring / MCBs / DBs / No electric supply on 230V/415V system along with necessary T&P, safety devices, without replacement of items as per site requirement and complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor single core PVC insulated FRLZ/FRLSH 1100 Volts multistranded drawn through and including rigid PVC Casing and Capping as required at site and conduit accessories of suitable dia medium grade in existing MS boxes duly cleaned as per existing site covered with new suitable sheet 3 mm thick for fixing switches / sockets/ regulators etc including running up of 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor PVC insulated cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly and making good surface for One light/fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 amps SP complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
