Rewinding of Exhaust fan motor of sweep 450mm & 600mm & any make, with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish, replacing the bearings of suitable size, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -Charge.

Taking down existing Air circulator / Pedestal fan of any type and sweep from any position and refixing the same in new / old position after necessary over hauling / servicing and cleaning for dust, grease and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) including filling the cavities with filler complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rewinding of pedestal / Air circulator fan motor of sweep upto 600mm & any make, with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish, replacing the bearings, capacitor of suitable capacity etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -Charge.

M&L Earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected with GI earth wire of 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3, connected to earthing with DBs all as specified including earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber,CI frame with CI 10mm thick cover, 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe for watering , and water funnel with wirw mesh, 20mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of strip complete all as specified and testing on completion.

M&L for 20X3 mm copper strip for earthing connection to building, complete all as specified.

M&L for 25x4mm galvanised iron strip for earthing connection to building, complete all as specified.

M&L for 4mm galvanised iron earth wire for earthing connection to building, complete all as specified.

Taking down existing electric geysers of any type and capacity for inspection and checking serviceability in-situ or at workshop ,washing the inner tank with anti corrosion solution , the inlet & outlet valves, safety valve, dead weight and refixing the geysers in position and testing for proper functioning including soldering/welding where required to stop the leakage and other jobs connected with plumber and mason , reassembling the geyser set and refixing the same in original position including checking for proper function complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. [Note: a) The cost of transportation is included in quoted rate b)Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperatrly as supply only item of this schedule]

Supply only pressure release valve 15mm dia suitabel for existing geyser complete.

Supply only geyser element 1.5 KW / 2.0 KW capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs gun metal check valve / non return valve 15 mm dia suitable for Geyser of any make/capacity complete. All as specified and directed by Enge in charge.

S & F in repairs Thermostat of necessary capacity (1.5/2 KW) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only indicating lamp round type suitable for Geyser any type, make & capacity

Supply only stainless steel Heating plate assembly with water inlet & outlet, rubber gasket, nuts and bolts and washers of required size suitable for 25 Ltr Capacity Geyser of any type and make complete.

Supply only geyser holding steel clamps with nuts and bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only dead nut/Safety plug of brass as per sample suitable for Geyser of any capacity/make. All as specified and directed by Enge in charge.

Supply only inner tank of geyser capacity 25 ltr made out of copper suitable for Geyser of any type and make to match the existing size and shape of inner tank of Geyser installed at site. All as specified and directed by Enge in charge.

Supply only metal clad plug top 20A (enclosure type) suitable to fix in sheet and metal enclouser for geyser. All as specified and directed by Enge in charge.

Supply only hot / cold water stainless steel pipe connection of 15mm bore heavy duty, length upto 45cm with brass nut joints and washers at both ends complete. All as specified and directed by Enge in charge.
