Supply, Laying, testing and commissioning of Medical grade copper pipe as per standerd BS:EN:13348:2008/ASTM B819 standards, Seamless, deoxidized, half hard, tempered and degreased copper pipe conformimg to the standard. All copper pipe should be degrrased & delivered capped at both ends of required sizes, complaint to the specifications. Pipe line should be suitable installed on PVC/Plastic saddles and connecting copper fittings. After installation pipe line should be pressure tested to minimum 5.5 bar as per engineering norms for 24 hours complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Oxygen Manifold-Main (3+3): Supply,Installation, Testing and Commissioing of Oxygen Manifold System with two banks suitable for three connection on each side, top frame comprising of High pressure copper pipes of 1" ID X 15 swg with high pressure brass fitting made of high tensile brass and connections through Non-return valves, and Fleible Tail Pipe for Connecting to the Oxygen Cylinder. Supplied with Double Stage and Double Gauge Oxygen Regulator suitable to supply 4 bar outlet pressure to the oxygen line. Should be DIN/CE/CDSCO certified.

BPC Flow Meter: Supply and fix BPC(Back pressure compensated) Flow meter with humidifier bottle with provision for control of flow within a range of 0-15 lpm. The flow meter body shall be made of brass chrome plated materials. The flow tube and components shall be made of clear impact resistant polycarbonate. Humidifier bottle shall be made of unbreakable material and autoclavable at 121 degree centigrate temperature. Should be DIN/CE/CDSCO certified. Make-MPS/MEC/MDD/Altos.

Oxygen System

Supply, installation, testing and Commissionig of 3 HP Twin reciprocating compressor, base frame mounted, Electric Motor driven Vacuum pump with suitable starter panel and Cut off vacuum switch for individual pump. Electric motor- 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. Make-Airtech/Indo Air/Altos Capco.

Reservoir Tank : 280 Ltr reservoir tank, MS Powder coated, with suitable drain valve, pressure gauge and connecting valve to Vacuum line as approved by OEM of central vacuum system.

Anti Bacterial Filter: Supply and installation of Anti Bacterial filter, with drain facility, fully autoclavable. Make-Airtech/Indo Air/Altos Capco.

Ward Vacuum Unit: Supply and Installation of Ward Vacuum Unit, Light Weight and Compact. It should have 600 ml collection jar made of unbreakable glass material and fully autoclavable at 121 degree centigrade. Safety trap shall be provided inside the jar to safeguard the regulator from overflowing. A wall brakcet for mounting the jar assembly on the wall. Polycarbonate vacuum regulator shall be adjustable and have vacuum gauge which indicates Vacuum applied by the regulator. The unit should be ISO/DIN/CE/CDSCO certified. Make-MEC/MDD/MPS/Altos

LP Tube for Ward Vacuum Unit: Supply and fixing of L.P. Tube for ward vacuum unit. Should be medical grade autoclavable Polycarbonate or Silicon rubber, degreased for medical use. Pipe should be suitably fitted to the outlet adaptor and Ward Vacuum Regulator. Make-MEC/MDD/MPS/Altos .

Isolation Valves: Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Non Lubricated ball type isolating valve. Valve should go full ON to full OFF with handle turn of 90 degrees. Should be DIN/CE/CDSCO certifier. Make-ELLEM/JSI/Elite.
