The following tests are to be carried out for detailed assessment by diagnostics & analysis for incipient fault prediction of 2X315MVA & 2X160MVA Power Transformers.

i) vibration measurement test. ii) Noise measurement. iii) Thermographic Measurement iv) Short circuit impedence test v) Online Partial Discharge Measurement Test vi) Magnetic balance test vii) Winding resistance at all taps viii) Insulation Resistance measurement ix) Magnetizising current on each Tap x) Frequency Response on Stray Load (FRSL) xi) Leakage reacactance & Impedende Measurement. xii) Capacitance & Tan Delta of Bushings & Windings xiii) Vector group test xiv) Turns ratio Test xiv) SFRA

Work of opening and re-jumping of both HV & LV side of Transformers jumpers (24 Nos.) including opening & reconnection of earthing of both HV & LV sides of Transformers.

Visit charges including the cost of carriage of all the test kits required for testing activities in a particulars bay including testing of Transformers.
