Supply and fixing LED Security light 35 Watt luminaire fitting IP 66 powder coated pressure die cast aluminium high power LED street light with heat resistant toughened glass with lens with electronic driver, fitting will be fitted with GI pipe light grade Bracket 1.2 mtr long 40 mm dia fixed on wall /polewith suitable size MS clamp including nut, bolts and washers and making connection with using 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated Multistranded copper conductor three single core cable complete all as specified and directed. Material & labour for sub main wiring with 1100 volt grade two single core (ISI marked) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 6 sqmm drawn into and including electrical grade PVC conduit 20mm dia , heavy grade , ISI mark with all accessories fixed concealed including cutting & chasing in brick/ stone masonry for fixing conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall as per existing surface including 4 sqmm stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable ( ISI Marked) as earth wire in green colour including taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (Note :- 2 runs of 6 sqmm single cable, one run of 4 sqmm earth wire cable and PVC conduit shall be considered as one unit/1Rm)

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board / main DB’s / earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm bore up to 7.5 m length from earth electrode & engraving of earth marking on nearby building with CM 1:4 plate size 200 X 150 X 15 mm & painting of earth result etc. including testing on complete all as specified and directed Note: - On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.
