Brick work in cm 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand) using country bricks ground maded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including curing,finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm ( Column Upto GB)

RCC 1:1/2 :3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill, out including curing etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and mixtures in RCC works

Supply and filling of Gritty gravel including all labour charges

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix( one cement and five sand ) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering surfaces of RCC items such as slabs, beams, sunshades with cement mortar 1:3-10mm thick including packing, providing cement mortar beading etc.,

Paving the floor with best quality ceramic Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of 11 approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed etc.,

Paving the Top of roof with Solar reflective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 27mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout

Paving the floor with pre-polisined concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment etc.,

Distembering two coats of oil bound distember using one coat of primer coat including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete

Painting two coats of Exterier Emulsion Paint using one coat of primer coat including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete

Painting two coats of new iron work with best quality synthetic enamel paint of 17 approved quality and colour with priming coat including the cost all materials etc complete in all floors

Fabricating Supply and fixing and position of MS Shutter with single leave. outer frame will be 40x40x6mm MS angle, the shutter frame will be 35x35x6 mm

Cost and supply of Steel window including all labour charges

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to 20 work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete (Surface Textured) Block Pavements having thickness 60mm and compacted over a thin bedding M.Sand layer of 25 mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine M.Sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of Specification of Rural roads-2014 and Technical specification clause 1504.

(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone M.Sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg./sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the Top of roof with Solar reflective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Supplying and fixing in positon of European Water Closet white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with crushed stone M.Sandcushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two crushed stone M. Sandand Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to Ci soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia Cl pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall/reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original
