Complete operation, unkeepment and maintenance of whole IRP plant including of its all equipments along with operation of raw water and clear water pumps as per requirement of department for supplying clear water and making minimum 1 (one) hour back washing of plant like IRP vessel6s in every day etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer -in - Charge.

Providing and fitting fixing of Fully Automatic Star Delta type Motor starter ( 3 ph. 50 Hz, 415V, in Steel Sheet Enclosures with Contractors and Timer etc. complete suitable for submersible Pump L & T, BCH, ABB make as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fitting fixing with PVC insulated single core multistrand Copper cable conforming to IS : 694 for inter connection with all electrical equipments of the pannel board as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Labour charge for lifting of 10,000/7500/5000 GPH capacity water lubricated vertical submersible pump-motor sets in/c column pipe assembly by heavy duty chain pully block as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charge for fitting fixing & lowering of 10,000/7500/5000 GPH capacity water lubricated vertical submersible pump-motor sets in/c column pipe assembly by heavy duty chain pully block as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repair and maintenance of 15 HP / 17.5 HP Motor suitable for 7500 GPH capacity submerssible pumpset by complete dismantling in/c providing & fitting fixing of PVC ( IS : 87831978 ) insulated electro grade copper ( IS : 613-1984 ) conductor winding in stator & all necessary spare parts and reassembling the same including servicing of rotor & necessary trial run as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge-- For Raw water motor rewinding

Repair and maintenance of 20 / 22.5 HP Motor suitable for 10000 GPH capacity submerssible pumpset by complete dismantling in/c providing & fitting fixing of PVC ( IS : 87831978 ) insulated electro grade copper ( IS : 613-1984 ) conductor winding in stator & all necessary spare parts and reassembling the same including servicing of rotor & necessary trial run as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge--- For clear water motor rewinding

Providing and installation of 7500 GPH x 76 mtrs head water lubricated vertical submersible pump set (Kirloskar / Crompton / KSB/Duke/Texmo make) with maximum 8(eight) stages coupled with required wet and non-over loading submersible motor suitable for 340-440 volts, 3 phase , 30 Hz, A.C supply and star delta method of starting as per direction of the Engg-in-charge.

Providing and fitting fixing of Direct online (DOL)type Motor starter L&T, BCH make (3ph,50Hz,10HP/7.5KW Relay range within 13-21(+)10%) in steel sheet enclosure complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. For Blower motor-

Rewinding of Horizontal Motor suitable for centrifugal pumps by complete dismantling in/c providing & rewinding with Super enamelled copper conductor (as per IS : 13730 Part-3 ) conductor & all necessary spare parts and reassembling the same including servicing of rotor & necessary trial run as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charge for cleaning and washing the sludge and foreign materials deposited at the bottom level of sedimentation tank of 10,000 GPH capacity modified IRP by clear water mixing with bleaching powder as required and brushing walls and floors after dewatering the tank as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
