ATTENDING ROUTINE MINTENANCE WORK ON OFFICE BUILDING AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDING AT CALICUT FOR THE YEAR 2025-2026

Amount

Maintenance of pipe line, changing of unserviceable taps, wheel valves, pipes etc., complete excluding cost of spares for pump set and other materials required for maintenance of pipe lines etc., which will be supplied by the department free of cost. (Once in 02 months)

Periodical cleaning of an overhead tanks provided at staff quarters and office and underground water tanks including cost of all labourand minor tools etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (once in 04 months).

Maintenance of all electrical fittings of office building and staff quarters such as fan, light , air conditioner including cost of labour charges but excluding cost of all spares, bulbs, etc., required for maintenance of electrical fittings. (Once in 02 months)

Maintenance of Officer's & staff guest house including washing and cleaning of floors weekly once, attending gardening work at the premises of guest house office etc., complete (5 days /month). (once in 2 months)

Supply of Unskilled labourers for asssiting office staff, packing of departmental cargo and despatching of office letters/ quotations to the firm, post in officials/ dak etc. all working days.

Cleaning grass and light jungle at the Department land and buildings at Karaparamba including up rooting of thick vegetations and small trees of grith up to 30 cum & removal of rubbish up to a distance of 150 m out side the periphey of the area cleared once in a year after monsoon as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing round the clock watch & ward duty to the office of the OIC, ALHW, Calicut including cost of all labour charges minor tools etc. complete.

Supply of USM for Attending the work of sweeping the office, office premises and ticket counter of Deputy Director, shipping UTLA, Beypore brooming the surrounding area washing the floor of the office, toilet, ticket counter with detergents like phenylene vim etc. sparing the surrounding with pesticides cleaning of gress, light jungle in the premises and attending the work of assisting the office staff in dispatching the office letters to various offices and tocargo ships at Beypore, dispatching quotations to firm, letter to Post office and any other works entrusted by Assistant Director, UTLA, Beypore in all days including Sundays and holidays as directed by Assistant Director, Port, UTLA Beypore including cost of all labour charges etc, complete.
