Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1) cement: 5 coarse sand) 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:

Provinding centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for Sqm. mass concrete.

Filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit/bench, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (stone to be used are available at site)

Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first) or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level. Masonry work (second sort), in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (stone to be used are available at site)
