Registration of Certificate of establishment in the Form-C.

Self declaration regarding, non involvement in any fraudulent activities in Rs. 100/- bond paper counter signed by the Notary

The Bidder Should Enclosed EPF Deposit Challan details to the Employees account for the year 2023-24 to 2024-25

GST Returns should be uploaded from April- 2023 to March-2025

Goods and Service Tax Active Registration Certificate should be uploaded

Annual turnover certificate for last 5 years i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26 obtained from the Chartered Accountant
