M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of wood/ wood based materials of any description over 10Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of steel/ iron of any description over 10Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Preparing old decorated surfaces by scraping down, washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface of walls & ceiling including roof projection / chajjas and by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying Finishing walls with one coat of Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade applied (@ 0.72ltr/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, stone or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster a, etc complete all a specified.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of stone masonry/brick/concrete surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on surfaces of brick work/ stone masonry /concrete surface, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete.

M & L for Rendering 5mm thick plaster in CM 1: 4 to ceiling,finished even & smooth with using extra cement complete

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls by applying chalk whiting, preparatory to distempering and evenly applying two coats of oil bound distemper (oil emulsion) on walls all as specified.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces including cornices, pilasters etc and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Removing the plant/growth of any description size, any location of external surfaces of walls shafts by cutting & remvoing the roots completely spraying the suitable chemical (each plant 100 ML) in the removed portion to avoid re-growth & making good damaged portion to match the existing surfaces by PCC type B0(1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded aggregate complete all as directed by Engr In Charge (Chemical :- Gramzone/Roundup or equavalent suitable chemical to remove/destroy the plants/roots) Note for (1 TO 15) the items of BOQ :- (a) Materials shall be procured from manufacturer / authorized dealer. Minimum 50% of total required quantity of material as per CA shall be brought at site after sample approval but before commencement of work. The materials will be kept in the store in joint custody as specified in PS-II and same will be issued as on requirement basis. (b) Contractor shall provide all safety equipments and shall be fully responsible for the safety measures to be provided while executing the work. Necessary safty tools, scafolding and belt shall be provided by contractor. (c) The shade of colour for all finishes shall be approved by GE. Colour of Borders / lines may be different from the colour of building and nothing extra is admissible on this account.

Repair to potholes any depth,not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud ,or water,scoring sunken surface in roads ,paths etc.cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth,makng good by filling in screened &graded road metal,watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and applying a priming/tack coat with Paving bituminious VG-30 grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying a priming/tack coat with paving bitumneous VG-30 grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm.

M&L Bituminous premix Semi dence Asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % (bitumen VG-30) binder content weight of total mix using paving bitumen laid with mechanical paver and any penetration rolled & consolidated to reqd camber & gradient complete.

M&L for moorum/red bajri 100 mm thick (spread thickness) as in road side shoulders, spread rolled and compacted to using power roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed Note : Moorum shall be brought from out side MD land Royally if any shall be borne by the contractor. The rate includes for transportation of moorum irrespective of the distnce involved.

S&F in repairs cats eye Red / yellow colour of ABS plastic metal with two Nos of red reflectors including fixing with approved adhesive/fastener on road as in repairs including taking down of existing one. ( series OS-780 (100X100X20mm) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Preparation of Black bituminous road surfaces applying tharmoplastic road marking reflector special paint ,minimum 2.5mm thick ,with machine application and heat mixer ,with stirring mechanism at temparature 160 degree C laid uniformly with width as directed paint conforming to BS 3262 Part I & II of 1989 ets and 20% glass beads (intermixed) complete as per manufacturers instruction all as per directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre depth for laying of UG cable / pole/ Stays etc getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and exc. 1.50 Metre but not exc. 3.00 Metre in depth, for Foundation of Poles/ Stays, etc. and getting out in Soft/ Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering, well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed by Engr in Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type- 1, Flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "LT 1100 VOLTS ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L clean dry river sand in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable, 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable complete all as specified. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M & L for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as Lean Concrete in Foundation of Poles etc, including Formwork (as if required), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping of pole etc including form work & finishing the surfaces even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified

Dismantling unserviceable security/ street poles of any description and any size including demolition of Cement Concrete (as/ if required) and made good disturbed Ground complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Unsv Poles will be dismantled at Ground Level and disturbed ground will made good as directed for which Earthwork, demolition of cement concrete, etc. will not be measured and paid separately.

S & F for PVC/ Fibre Separator for LT Lines 1100 Volts OH Conductor 2 Wire system for horizontal spacing of Conductor, fixing with Nuts, Bolts, Washers, etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Danger Notice Plate of 1.6 mm thick Mild Steel Sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with Letters, Figures and Conventional Skull and Bones in Signal Red colour and fixed with MS Clamps Bolt and Nuts of approved size, for LT 20 x 15 Cm size including dismantling unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & laying LT UG XLPE sheathed PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip of Wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded Aluminium Conductor 1100 Volt grade, laid in trenches/ surface of Wall/in GI Pipe along with Pole for connection to OH Lines including brass cable glands mild fteel flat iron clamps etc and testing for following sizes, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning,PCC cable covers, GI Pipe etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

M & L for Writing Lettering on Steel Tubular/Pre-stressed Concrete Pole (8 Cm in height) with Synthetic Enamel Paint (White) on base of Black Paint in round shape of 15 Cm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Cost of Binding Wire is deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M & L Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of one coat of Aluminium Primer one Under Coat and One Finishing Coat of Aluminium Paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular fabricated with Galvanised Steel Wire with 4.00mm dia including binding with Aluminium Binding Wire, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of Binding Wire is deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.
