M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof ridges/valley gutter etc fixed with self drilling screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 06mm thick plain, multicavity poly carbonate sheet (coloured ) in roof covering, fixed with and including aluminium fillets at joints and aluminium angles at the end, fixed with self drilled screws and standard fittings, fixtures and accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including taking down old sheet.

S&F fibre glass re-inforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including taking down old sheet.

M&L for 0.8mm thick galvanised steel sheet as in valley gutters fixed with rivets or other suitable arrangement over MS brackets Trapezoidal shape of required profile with desired slope etc at a height exc. 10 mtr but n.exc 20mtr , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge., including dismantling old valley gutters

Dismantling wrought iron of mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for roof trusses (framed, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for steel work in trusses fabricated with rectangular/square hollow section, including special shaped, washere etc including cutting welding, bending in shape etc using tube of YST 310 grade confirming to IS-4923 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel framed work (Fe410-W Gde-E-250) quality B) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, flat iron etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) & hanging also fastening & fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal/square heads at one end & screwed the other/screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washeres & one hexagonal or square nut & bolt, length of bolt exc 22.5cm & n.exc 30cm long dia of shank 16/10/20mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil (for similar holes) each n.exe 0.50 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface

M&L for repairing the edge/corner of Chajja/roof projection and similar work by removing plaster width/girth exc 200mm but not exc 300mm and making good with 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on roof including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, mouls, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC in roof padding, filling and mass concrete type B2, 1:2;4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plastering 10mm thick on concrete surface as roof padding in CM 1:4, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note WPC will be measured & paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing chemical @ 200ml/Bag of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Fosroc, Dr Fixit or equivalent

Material and labour for water proofing treatment by applying one coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm with brush / roller, laying of 3 mm thick APP based polymer modified membrane (mineral finish) reinforced non-woven polyester, weight not less than 3.50 Kg / Sqm and sealing all the over laps 100 mm in length side and 100 mm in width side of membranes laid with torch application complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of tree roots and branches spread over stone wall joints and making good the stone wall joints by flash pointing in CM 1:4, including provision of necessary scaffolding and removing the debris outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down of Nylon netting for bird proofing of any size, any thickness and any position, repairs of Nylon bird netting where required, and refixing in same position/as per site requirement, including all fixing accessories/material such as clamps, nuts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair bird proof net of polyolefine all weather proof polymer machine knotting using CNC shines with DSLC technology for antislip netting dia of the net 1mm, mesh size 20-25mm (+/- 2mm) square mesh with mesh making strength 18 kgf of colour black as per specification including fixing with accessories fixing material required for installation to steel structure, trusses/purllin/tie beams, pillar, rafterss, such as clamps, nut and bolts including washers etc for fixing bird prooofing net to hanger, blast pens etc at the height up to 15 meter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Make : Srijian system Pvt Ltd or equivalent make approved by GE in writing (i) Contractor shall submit five years life guarantee for bird proof net on bond paper. Contractor shall also submit security deposit amount i.e 2.5% of quoted amount or Rs 6250.00 whichever is more in the form of FDR or same shall be retained from FB. (ii) This item shall be executed for the building upto 12 meter height from ground level and quoted rates shall be deemed to include for all necessary arrangement for executing of this item up to 15 meter hight

Taking down top assembly complete (except curtain & side bracket) of rolling shutter area not exceeding 10 sqm each, push pull or manual type and re-fixing the same in same position after necessary repairs such as cleaning, oiling, greasing, cleaning of the side guided channels, replacement of rusted nuts and bolts, including replacement of rusted profiles and welding/grinding as required for proper and smooth function.

Note :- (a) Unserviceable spare part such as suspension shaft, spring, ball bearing etc if found unserviceable will be replace with new one and the same will be measurable & paid separately as supply only under respective items of this Sch. S&F in repairs gear box assembly for rolling shutter including rod, required nuts, bolts, cleats, crank handle etc, complete of standard make and fixed in position incuding one shop coat of primer incuding removal of old gear box assembly and other accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc, as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets including fixing of hold fast, cement work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick/stone/PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc incl removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n. exc 2 km complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary, using solid PCC block of mix 1:5:8 (using 20mm grades stone aggregate) thickness of wall exc 10cm thick, with plain or inter locking joints as directed setting in Cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debries out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick masonry wall surface in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered wall surface including pilaster/cornices etc and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer complete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as surface channel and drains, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throatings on wall, chhajja, hold fast, etc all as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Repair of chhajja, roof etc upto 12 mtr hight.

M&L for taking down toughened glass shutters of size exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 2.0 sqm (each leaf) and repair of hard ware fitting such as stainless steel top & bottom patch, Pivot, tightening of joint and adjustment of floor door spring and refixing the shutter in same positioning for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Floor door spring, pivot etc if found unserviceable same will be replaced & will be measured & paid separately

S&F in repairs 12mm thick toughened glass shutters (single leaf openable type), with diamond polished edge, clear glass including all hardware fittings detailed as under, fixed in position as per manufacturer instruction including taking down old shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) The tiles should have humidity resistance (RH) of 99% , NRC 0.5, Light reflectance > 87% , Thermal conductivity k=0.052-0.057 w/m K, colour white, fire performance UK class 0/Class 1 (BS 476 pt -6 &7) inmodule size of 600x600x16mm, suitable for green building applicatin, with recycled content of 30%. (b) The tile shall be laid on 38mmx15mm wide T-section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e the Main Runner, 1200mm & 600mm cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 14 kgs/sqm & pull out strength of 100 kgs. The T sections have galvanizing of 90 grams per sqm.
