1 Repair of 33 TR (2X16.5 TR) Package Air conditioning unit and allied works installed at Recovery ward of New Emergency of GMCH, Jammu by way of disconnecting of electrical connections. The job includes replacement of damaged Copper cable 4 core 2.5 sq mm approximately-20 mtrs between inner and outer unit. The job further includes replacement of leaking/damaged copper pipe 1.0 mm by providing and fixing of new copper pipe of same dia and then pressure testing of copper piping by Freon mixed with nitrogen at a pressure of 20 kg per sq cm. high side and 10 kg per sq cm low side. The pressure shall be maintained on the system for 72 hours and if there is no pressure drop then the system is vaccumised and eco friendly Refrigerant gas 40 Kg approximately is charged in the unit. The job further includes replacement of damaged expansion valve by providing and fitting of new as per sample and then making electrical connections testing of Package unit on no load and on full load. Complete job includes cost of materiai, labour, transportation and all types of taxes etc. job Excess(+) Full Conversion INR

2 Repairing the damaged 75 KVA oil cooled automatic voltage controlled Servo stabilizer installed for Recovery ward of New emergency block of GMCH Jammu by way of disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing electric connections and draining out all the T- OIL and storing it properly in barrels. Job includes dragging out the Servo manually/mechanically using tools & tackles. Dismantling of Stabilizer by way of unfastening Nuts & Bolts of top cover and extracting out the damaged coils along with core by means of chain pulley block and tripod stand. Job includes shifting of Servo assembly to workshop and then replacement of damaged dimmer coils (variac assembly) 01No’s with new ones, repairing to other dimmer coils by way of polishing with emery paper and proper varnishing, replacement of control cards 03 No’s, moving arms 02 No’s with carbon holders and carbon brushes with holder 32 No’s, voltmeter 02 No’s and phase indicator set and replacement of panel wiring and internal wirings etc and lubricating of all the gears of servo motors. The job also includes cleaning, servicing of oil chamber by checking of leakage and plugging it by way of welding and assembling of stabilizer. Job includes shifting back of Servo assembly to the site and dragging the servo to its installed position & then Topping up with stored T oil from top layer of barrel and then with fresh T-OIL 100 ltrs so that all coils are fully immersed in the oil. Making connections of voltage stabilizers input and output side by connecting the cable. Job also includes thimbling to end terminals by crimping process and charging the stabilizer on no load for 6 hours, then testing the stabilizer on full load. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles and all the taxes as applicable job Excess(+) Full Conversion INR
