Supply, Installation, connecting, testing and commissioning split type AC of capacity 1.5 TR ( 4500 KCal / hr) Inverter type 5 Star single phase 230 Volt AC with hermetically sealed rotary type compressor, Air flow not less than 425 CFM, Fan speed in three step, high quality powder coated / high quality paint finish, dust and bacteria filter, wireless remote with LCD display,refrigerant as per current industry standard, complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of following :- (a) Supply & fixing refrigerant pipe, refrigerant gas, copper tubing for suction & discharge of suitable size duly insulated & protected by suitable size of flexible PVC conduit with control valve & safety accessories all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Supply & fixing wiring for evaporator and condensing unit with suitable size of copper wire in PVC conduit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Refrigerant pipe discharge suction and liquid line copper tubing of suitable size (3/8” & 5/8”) with insulated and properly protected by suitable size of PVC flexible conduit as specified by manufacturer with control valve and safety accessories refrigerant pipe not exceeding 10 meter complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (d) Making good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface after plugging the hole etc. all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (e) Connection of evaporating and condensing unit with suitable size of copper wire PVC insulated all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (f) Requisite gas for charging alongwith copper tubing and insulating materials all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (g) Out door unit to be fixed on wall/floor with support of MS stand duly painted with enamel paint over a coat of primer. M&L for Sub Main wiring with two single core 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FR multistranded flexible copper conductor cable 660/1100 volts grade drawn in, through flexible non metallic PVC Concealed conduit/Surface conduit with and including PVC insulated 2.5 Sqmm single core single strand copper conductor as continuous earth wire in green colour connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply spreading in trenches fine dry crushed stone sand for cable protection and punning down gently by hand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay cable cover for LT Cable Class LV,type 1 , flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & Laying, connecting and testing GI Pipe 40 mm bore light grade including necessary fittings for Cable protection all as specified and as directed.
