Annual Maintenance Contract of Fire Alarm and Detection System at Operational Office Complex, New Hanger Building, ASM Directorate and ER Building at Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi for Two years (2021-22, 2022-23)

Maintenance of Conventional & Addressable fire alarm and detection system at following locations involving repairs & maintenance, faults finding, attending breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability, satifactory working condition of the system, including providing minor consumables, tools & tackle, carrying out preventive maintenance on daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly basis and maintenance of records/documentation etc. on all days by deploying adequate skilled and unskilled manpower as per special conditions of contract complete as required. Locations: (i) Operational Office Complex (Agni, 8 Zone Fire Alarm Panel with connected detectors, MCPs, RI, hooters, wiring and all other associated devices). (ii) New Hanger Building (Firelite-Honeywell, 04 loop Fire Alarm Panel with connected detectors, MCPs, RI, hooters, wiring and all other associated devices). (iii) ASM Directorate (Simplex, 01 loop Fire Alarm Panel with connected detectors, MCPs, RI, hooters, wiring and all other associated devices). (iv) ER Building (Morley IAS-Honeywell 02 loop Fire Alarm Panel with connected detectors, MCPs, RI, hooters, wiring and all other associated devices).

Supplying of 2x1.5 sqmm fire survival armoured cable, 600/1000V rated with annealed copper conductor having glass mica fire barrier tape covered by an extruded layer of Cross Linkable Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulation and LSZH inner bedding, steel wire armouring & LSZH outer sheath complete as required.

Supplying 1.5 sqmm dia FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of ISI marked steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing,commissioning and programming of of 2 loop Morley IAS Fire Alarm Panel compatible to existing detectors and accessories at ER Building, Safdarjung airport, complete etc. as required.

Laying of 2x1.5 sqmm fire survival armoured cable, 600/1000V rated with annealed copper conductor having glass mica fire barrier tape covered by an extruded layer of Cross Linkable EPR insulation and LSZH inner bedding, steel wire armouring & LSZH outer sheath complete saddles, screws as required on surface or in recess.

Visit of Specialized Authorized Engineer for any of the (Make: - Firelite-Honeywell 4 loop panel/ Morley IAS 2 loop panel/ Simplex One loop Panel) addressable fire detection alarm panels (both hardaware & software) with connected accessories to attend critical complaints or breakdowns on need basis which also includes, programming of devices (if required) and reporting faults/ deficiencies to E-I-C, and submitting the report to E-I-C.

Visit of Specialized Authorized Engineer for Agni make 8 Zone Conventional fire detection and alarm panel (both hardaware & software) with connected accessories to attend critical complaints or breakdowns on need basis which also includes, programming of devices (if required) and reporting faults/ deficiencies to E-I-C, and submitting the report to E-I-C.
