Job: (i) Both Aluminum Buoyancy tanks to be pressure tested and repaired for leakage accordingly. (ii) The Collector Arms movement too hard to be overhauled. (iii) Collector arms ropes peeled off to be renewed. (iv) Collector chamber and buoyancy chamber to be reputed/ peeled off at various places (Yellow pouch) to be renewed as per sample. Inway job includes renewal of polyester rope and GI chain with D-shackle. (v) Forward discharge mechanism not working to be overhauled (vi) Steering panel gauges and indicators showing erratic reading to be renewed as per sample. Inway job includes electrical wiring. (vii) Heli skimmer 02 nos OBM’s to be overhauled. Spares Coast guard supply (viii) OBM’s Gear cables, control panel gauges, steering cables and battery cables too hard/ corroded to be renewed as per sample. (ix) OBM steering mechanism not rotating to be overhauled. (x) Engine diesel driven pumps to be overhauled inway jobs includes the spares. (xi) All suction and discharge hoses, PVC pipe valves with pipe line cracked to be renewed as per sample. (xii) Heli-skimmer frame/ platform joints cracked to be welded Mat: Al. alloy. Defect to be rectified and system to be proved for satisfactory operation.
