Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan & getting out in soft/loose soil

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L Brickwork with sub-class `B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified .

M&L for Hardcore of Broken bricks gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface complete all as specified

M&L 100mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified

M&L 50mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate Finished even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for Forming construction joint 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade "A" complete all as specified and directed

M&L for extra forming fair finished drain on channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred stoped end etc complete all as specified .

Taking down plaster on brick or stone wall, ceiling etc incl racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on brick work/ concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on fair face of concrete surfaces as in ceiling,chajjas etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on new wall surface including preparation of surface.and applying primer on wall surface complete all as specified

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on complete removal of finishes of old wall surface complete all as specified

M & L three coats of white wash over a coat of chalk whiting on newly plastered ceiling surfaces including preparation of surfaces.

M&L RCC 1:1.5:3 Nominal mix using 20 mm graded aggregate in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified

M&L for rough finished formwork to sides & soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors & beams, etc.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc. complete all as specified

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia & over upto & including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified

M& L Providing cement concrete in Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, water throughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles andf throating complete all as spcifiecd

Note :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at Contract Sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refere Schedule 'A' Notes.
