Steel renewal at various locations: Welding using IS 6013 / IS 7018 marine-grade welding rods, along with new plates of varying thickness (IS 2062 GR B/AH36 quality), for beams, gussets, and other structural plate work, matching the original size and shape. The process involves heating and bending the plates to the required shape, creating a V-cut on the mating edges, and performing three-layer welding on both sides.The quoted rate includes welding charges, tools, equipment, scaffolding, and all incidental expenses, as per the direction of KSINC officers. Additionally, the entire quantity of welding rods supplied shall be inspected and approved by KSINC. MS Plate - KSINC Supply. Crop and removal of corroded and damaged pipes of the below specified sizes, including those with or without flanges of sea water and fresh water pipelines lines in various parts of the vessel. Ensure that the removal process does not damage any remaining components. Fabrication and welding of new B-class GI pipes, bends, and other fittings to replace the removed sections, matching the original dimensions and configurations. Fabrication of Bilge headers with fittings of its valves.

Remove both anchors with cables (stud link chains) from chain locker and the winch. Chip, scrape, wire brush, and clean the chains, freeing the swivel links. Apply anti corrosive primer and paint the chains. Reinstall the chains and anchors through the winch as per direction and satisfaction of KSINC officers

Loading of the main engines with gearbox onto the vessel, erection, and aligning it propeller shaft. The quoted rate should include all necessary modifications and steel fabrication work required to align the gearbox with the main engine. The replaced engine must be shifted back to the covered area of the yard.

Shifting of the main engines with gearbox from their positions within the Engine Room to facilitate steel renewal. Upon completion of the steel renewal, reposition and align them with the propeller shaft and ensure torque tightening.

Open the manhole cover of the diesel service tank or lube oil storage tank, drain the existing diesel or lube oil, and ensure the tank is made gas-free. Clean the tank thoroughly and refill it with diesel or lube oil from barrels. Close the manhole cover using new bolts, nuts, and joints as per the instructions of Corporation officers

Open the manhole cover of freshwater storage tanks of various capacities. Remove the sediments and thoroughly clean the entire surface of the tank. Apply paint coating to the inside of the tank, then refit the manhole cover using new bolts, nuts, and joints, as directed by department officers

Fabricate and weld tire hook and ring using a 20mm dia M.S rod for the tire fenders, as per the directions and satisfaction of department officers

Removal of the window glasses in the wheelhouse/accommodation, buff the glass surface, and replace any damaged rubber beadings, locks, and screws with new ones of the original size. Reinstall the glass as per the directions and satisfaction of Corporation officers.

Cutting and removing the broken and damaged fender holding brackets, bolts, nut sand wooden bits. Welding a pair of M.S clits size (100mmx100mmx8mm) at an interval of 42cm between the adjacent cleat and around the vessel. Fixing firmly the wooden fender in between the cleats after making 20mm bolt with washer etc complete as per the direction of Corporation officers (fender of 15cmx20cm).Fenders will be supplied by KSINC.

Clear removal of the old plastering in various places in the vessel and plastering the cement mortar with 1:3 15 mm thick one coat on various places of the vessel as per the direction of Corpn. Officers.(including material)
