Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Plaster with cement mortar in 1:4 ,1 part cement and 4 part sand minimum thickness 12 mm including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Factory made EPS Core wall panel /roof panel sandwiched between two Engineered welded wire fabric mesh of 3 mm dia G.I. wire mesh, with 50 mm pitch in both the directions, connected by G.I. wire of 3mm dia at alternate row by welding

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever equired. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories of total coated thickness, 0.50 mm Zinc( Base metal of minimum 0.45 thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05 mm) with zinc coating 120 gram per sqm as per IS 277, in 240 mpa steet grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling self tapping screws complete : Gutter

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. 100 mm nominal size dia

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of req. shade (Two or more coats) applied over an under coat of primer approved brand.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 Itr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 Itr 10 sqm
