Material and labour for leak testing of Package type AC plant of capacity up to 16.5 TR including flushing out old moisturised gas and pressuring with nitrogen gas and kept for 24 hours as per OEM specifications, vaccumising nitrogen and refilling of refrigerant gas complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- 1. Supply and charging of Nitrogen and refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately. 2.Empty cylinder will returned to contractor after usage.

Material and labour for brazing/welding work at refrigerant copper pipe lines (suction/discharge) and rectify the fault and recharge the refrigerant as desired level in AC units complete all as specified and as directed. Material & Labour for dismantling of Package AC (capacity up to 16.5 TR) condenser fan motor three phase 415 V up to capacity 1 HP taking out of bearing re-metaling the bearing housing, grinding, turning to the required size, cleaning of stator, including rewinding with same gauge copper insulated wire, varnishing, drying, re-assembling the motor to bring in original state including fixing on the foundation all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material & Labour for dismantling of Package AC (capacity up to 16.5 TR) blower motor three phase 415 V up to capacity 3 HP taking out of bearing re-metaling the bearing housing, grinding, turning to the required size, cleaning of stator, including rewinding with same gauge copper insulated wire, varnishing, drying, re-assembling the motor to bring in original state including fixing on the foundation all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material & Labour for attending day to day complaints pertains to various package AC plant of any capacity up to 8.75 TR as and when required by Ref-Mechanic /Electrician and helper , with necessary T&P for checking the equipment at existing location, find out the faults to the equipments (including replacement of minor parts such as decarbonizing, tightening of control cable terminations, cable glands, and end termination, repairing of defective contactors ,push switches, MCBs or any other defective spares crimping of lugs, fuses, wires, nuts ,bolts, washers etc) complete and rectification of minor problems to make the plant functional in all respect all as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge. Notes: (i) Any major work identified while attending the above job shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item below as supply and fix. (ii) Any breakdown/complaints shall be attend and rectify within 6 hours. If the complaint is not attended and repaired within 12 hours, penalty of Rs 2000/- per day will be charged. (iii) Attending of Each Complaint shall be considered as One Job.

All as per Item No 47 but capacity of Package AC Units shall be above 8.75 TR to 16 TR.

Repair to thermal insulation of duct complete with skilled labour and necessary equipments complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: - (i) The cost for replacement of nitrile rubber up to 1 Sqm to be included in the above item. (ii) Any additional nitrile rubber required beyond 1 Sqm for the repair work, the item will be measured and paid separately. (iii) The quoted rate should be included for necessary T&P and Labour. (iv) Repair to each duct shall be considered as One Job.

Taking down any type of false ceiling for AC duct repair work and refix after repair/arresting of water leaking including all required accessories and make it good complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) Any damages made to false ceiling during execution of the above, the same may be repaired/replaced by the contractor without any additional cost. (ii) Cost of additional materials required for making it good as per existing surface deemed to include in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for checking of existing condition of air ducts making the arrangement of visualization and the process for disinfection for indoor air quality of AC ducts of inside, connection in between plenum and branches and main plenum with mechanical/Manual procedures with using air compressor, various type of air nozzles for maintain standard indoor air quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying of GI Pipes including welding, connecting and painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete of medium grade with all fittings and fixtures laid in trenches/floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc. of size 50mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Preventive maintenance and check up of Dehumidifier Installed at FATS Garuda, capacity of 4850/5000 CFM including complete accessories and controls, The entire system to be checked and servicing by OEM or authorised service agency throughout CA duration and incase of any breakdown occurs at any time, The tenderer shall be attend the complaint and made serviceable within 48 hours time including minor spares such as fuses, wires, nut, bolts etc. for above mentioned all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
