Partition Wall: Providing & Fixing ISO Block 666 x 500 x 100 mm, weight 31 Kg per panel of Density 950 Kg / m3 made of compressed Gypsum with togue and groove. System fixed with fast drying jointing compound. Achieves sound reduction of up to 46.75 STC tested as per ASTMD E-90.The wall can also be finished with POP Finish after the installation and Pain on control room side wall with matching the room aesthetics.

Window Covering: Providing and Fixing of Sound Dampener 12mm 1218x1218 mm made of 10mm compressed wood fibre cement composites 1250Kg/m and 2mm dampener sheet. (37 STC as per IS: 9901-III/ ISO: 140-3/ASTM 90/ 413). To be installed directly on window with Ply Strips and Absorb wool 1000 GSM.

Ceiling NRC 1.0 Absorption: Providing and Fixing tiles made of Wood Fibre 1mm width cement composites 15mm thick with an option of colours as per the choice of the Consultant/ person in charge of size 595x595 mm . Has excellent noise absorption of 1 NRC as per ISO: 354-1985 and ASTM 423-90 a, Density 400 Kg/ m3, meets stringent Fire Ratings ASTMD-876 and Fire Class -1 as per BS 476 part 5 and 6,Class P-not easily ignitable as per BS-476-Part 5 (Ignitability for material).This is applicable for core and class 1 as per BS 476-Part 7 (Method for classification of surface spread of flame) , weather resistance as per IS 3308, Thermal Insulation as per IS:3346-1980 with relative humidity of 90% RH at 60o Celsius(140o Fahrenheit) for 15 days= No deterioration. Conforms to En 131682001 and are RoHS Complaint. Can be installed on T24 grid system of 0.6mm thick Main ‘T’ length minimum 3000mm, web minimum 35mm to be placed at 600mm centre to centre and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600mm web minimum 35mm inter locked, Wire Support for Main T to be taken at every 1200mm length wise and 600mm width wise, Specially designed for Acoustic Vibration management and long life with a backing of 50mm 1000 GSM thick absorb wool tested as per Fire Retardant ASTMD 635-1991 and IS 15061-2002 for excellent results.

Woodlot Up to 4Ft height: Providing and fixing of Woodlot’ FR Grades 2430x131x16mm made of exterior grade MDF backed with acoustical Fleece providing sound absorption of 0.60 NRC as per ISO 354.To be installed with 15mm Aluminium profile conforms to Aluminium Alloy 6063-T 6.Temper As per BS:1474-1987 and G.I Lock in clips on the back of tongue and Groove system. The density per panel is 750-800 kg/m3.The panels come with tongue & groove for seamless patterns,4-28mm Groove and visible panel. These slats are made from acoustical fibreboard with linear perforations for excellent uniformity. The perpendicular holes are available on the back of panel which are covered by black acoustical fleece. Achieves sound reduction of 0.60 NRC. To be installed directly on walls with Gypsum Screws.

Acoustic Door A: (Door Size: 3x7ft) Providing and Fixing of Acoustic Door of 56 mm having an STC rating up to 50. The Door will be filled with high acoustic materials of 2 layers of 8 mm Water Proof Acoustic Ply with Dampener Sheet, 2 Layers of 10mm thick Absorb Wool 300 GSM, Single layer of Sound Dampener 12mm thick made of 10 mm compressed wood cement composites 1250Kg/m3 and 2mm dampener sheet 37 STC as per ISO 140 (Part-III) - 1995.
