M&L for brick work with sub-class "B" old size bricks of class designation (CD) 75, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (CM) 1:6, including demolition of old unserviceable existing brick work built in cement mortar in any position, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for half brick work with subclass ‘B’ old size bricks of class designation 75, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) including demolition of old unserviceable existing brick work built in cement mortar in any position, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F coloured 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with bitumen washer to truss members of any material, including dismantling of old unserviceable existing roof sheet work any type in any position, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F coloured 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in ridge, valley gutter or of similar type, fixed with self tapping screws with bitumen washer to truss members of any material, including dismantling of old unserviceable existing roof sheet work any type in any position, complete in all respect as specified and directed. (The measurement shall be carried out as in a plain sheet).

S&F coloured 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in eves covering or of similar type, fixed with self tapping screws with bitumen washer over mild steel flats, angles etc. and screws for fixing with framed structure including dismantling of old unserviceable existing roof sheet work any type in any position, complete in all respect as specified and directed. (Note:- MS work shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F Roof trusses (Framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails, wind ties and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, tubular/ hollow section, channel or flat sections) independent fixing with welding etc. including distance pieces, cleats etc. using FE-410W (Grade E-250 quality "A") complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling in flat or in sloping, of grid size 600 x 600 mm comprising of wall/ cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35 mm and corss tee of size 24x38x0.70 mm with 4 mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4 mm thick decorative pre-painted non asbestos board (E-Board) in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel/ wooden truss of any type including dismantling of old unserviceable existing false ceiling boards, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick plastering on brick/ stone/ concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar (1:4), finished even & smooth without using extra cement, including taking down of old unserviceable existing plaster work complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F powder coated aluminium three tier window frame including necessary joining cleats, of Jindal section No 20832 or equivalent section of appd make of 1.5mm thick including taking down of old unserviceable existing chowkhat of any type complete in all respect as specified and directed. Note : (i) Powder coating shall be min 50 micron. (ii) All external members to be joined at 45 degree angle at corner.
